If Puncheon has been causing trouble with his attitude towards Adkins, then he is not needed at the club. We need players who play for the shirt. I doubt Puncheon ever did- and thus he is not needed. No point having him if he doesn't care about us.

Dickson seemed promising against Plymouth, he just hasn't had a chance in the team to prove himself.
