It is a reserved matter . End of , that's not a " weak " end of , but a factually end of . The Sweatys voted by over 70% for devolution, the terms of which included the fact that the Constituation, foreign affairs , treaties and the relationship with the EU remained a U.K. matter . The Sweatys then voted to remain in the UK and the EU referendum was a UK wide election . It appears to me that some people only believe in democracy when it suits them .

What's more bizzare is someone who can't understand simple constitutional facts . UK wide elections are UK wide elections . The EU relationship & national treaties are reserved powers . End of .

It'll all depend on the Jose situation . We can't sell VvD at the same time as Jose or at the same time Jose's performance dips and he needs replacing . We will probably go with a new guy & VvD next season & then let VvD go the following one .

Unfortunately I think you're right . Coming home from West Ham on the train there were 4 singing a song about Maddie McCann being in the back of a van . The dozen or so idiot mates were laughing along . To my shame I left the carriage rather than confront them , but as there was only me & my nipper it may have been a good move

Is Calais the nearest safe haven? Seeing as they can just walk into any police station in Europe & claim asylum I consider the ones in Calais economic migrants . Of course they could have sailed from Syria via the med , then Atlantic , before sailing up the channel to arrive at Calais as their first port of call . I would question their sense of direction & common sense , but they would be asylum seekers .

To come back from unfortunate loss in Milan & play like that is fantastic. Great last ditch defending , VvD & OR superb. Austin worked his socks off & gave us an out ball & I thought Redmond looked good . McQueen played well again , Targetts really got his work cut out to get his back up place back. Well played Claude putting him in, Koeman would have played Yoshida . Martina frustrated me , bloke struggles to take a throw in . Bearing in mind the way McQueen's done is there a right back ready to step in. All in all what a start to the season, we've lost at Arsenal, O/T & San siro only , and 2 of them we shouldn't have . Today's not the day , but looking back on some of the opinions about Claude on here will be interesting.

No chance , not good enough at the back & need a better keeper

There were a handful of knobs with a bottle of wine each on the metro . Drinking straight from the bottles so I did wonder what Italians thought , especially when one twt dropped his half drunk one on the platform . Wine & broken glass everywhere. Embarrassing.

WTF We drank in Turin , Garibaldi area of Milan , Milan train station & by Lima metro and the most we paid per beer was €6

Pony Signing the Maastricht treaty which changed an economic area into a political union was far far stupider.

Europa League 2016/2017 (Died 8/12/2016)

I sit in the Kingsland as a S/T holder , do about 8-10 aways each year for the past 20+ years and only tend to join in with OWTS & One Marcus . Sorry for that , but in my 50's I'm done with singing about players , particularly when you uber sing a long fans just copy other clubs songs with different words . I did want to join in with "we're Southampton, we sing our own songs" when Spurs came , but as it's not true,I didn't . I will say one thing though , a lot of the blokes who sit near me in the Kingsland have been there and done it whilst most of the top top uber fans were swimming around in their fathers ball bag. -
Thoughts from me . 1. Turin better drinking city . Milan classier and more cultural , but lack of " wet establishments" 2. Chicks beautiful , particularly arse wise . Milan edged this category 3. Strange experience regarding the service people . Either miserable sods or unbelievably friendly didn't see to be any in between . One bar owner in Turin even waited at the door when we left , to wish us well & thank us for using his bar . 4. Everything about the stadium impressive . Left in at end a bit too long for my liking . A few twts abusing the stewards . I'm sure they wanted to let us out and get home themselves. 5. Other than those one or two , fans behaved pretty well . 6. Fast train from Turin to Milan brilliant . 300kph most of journey . Including waiting on platform , Gatwick to Clapham took more time than Milan to Turin . Embarrassing . Imagine being a European just arrived in London wanting train to city centre and having to deal with Southern Railways . All in all a great trip despite result.

Just up from Lima metro there was about 300 blokes with banners , flags ect handing out leaflets about strikes . None of our journey from Turin was affected, but a couple of English birds we met in Milano central had their train to airport cancelled . The biggest balls ache we had was delays from Gatwick to Clapham . We got from Milan to Turin quicker than we got from Gatwick to Clapham . Well done Southern railways , a credit to your country!!!. I dread to think what European visitors think after landing and trying to get to the capital

Just back in hotel after drowning my sorrows. Learning curve tonight . Outplayed them but didn't take our chances . Bang ..the Italians took theirs and then saw out the game. Countless sides have left Italy wondering how they lost after being on the end of a 1-0 and it won't surprise me if they do similar at our place . Tadic good first half , not quite there second . McQueen did well until the last 20 when he started to struggle . JRod just needed the minutes , so can't really blame him . I thought JWP did well , and I'm not a fan normally . At the end of the day , the players gave it their all . Some criticism of JRod ott . VvD missed another sitter tonight , following on from the Israel one , but let's gloss over that and slag a bloke that's working damn hard to get back to somewhere near his best .

I don't know about Milan , but Turin has some ****ing decent bars
