  1. But for every Mane & Vic there's a Gaston. Imagine getting stuck for another 2 years with that waste of money
  2. Islam is intolerant, bigoted and medieval . It's values are incompatable with modern liberal countries . Of course millions of Muslims shouldn't take responsibility for a small % of nutters , but they should take responsibility for the way their religion treats women, gays and other religions. The problem is mainstream Muslim behaviour
  3. Boris will be great as foreign sec, he won't take any old shiete from the Germans
  4. Andrew Neil claims that we now have the most state educated cabinet members since 1945 .
  5. Agree , she's made a great start. According to Nick Watt on Newsnight she told Gideon he'd over promised and under delivered in number 11, and that's why she sacked him . Spot on from Mrs May there .
  6. I'm sure we will soon see the Muslim community marching , condemning , and stating " not in my name " . Won't we ? I'm sure all the decent Muslims living in Pamplemousse's France will be all over the news condemning this . Not .
  7. Yeah , let's wait and see what the motive was . It could have been a lone Christian , maybe just a lunatic , perhaps someone making a political point . Or maybe it could be a Muslim terrorist ( that had nothing to do with Islam ) . I know what my money's on .
  8. I'm sure if VvD was interested or Everton think they had a chance it would be all over the papers .
  9. Pony . We will be out of the EU by 2020.
  10. Oh yes, the old " voters are too stupid and easily conned ". Has it ever occurred to you that voters thought about the issues as much as you did, weighed up both sides arguments , decided what was best for the country and voted accordingly ? No of course it hasn't . Anybody who voted differently than you must be thick or selfish , anybody who argued a different line than you must be telling lies or be racist . People looked at what remain said and what leave said , they are perfectly capable of working out what are lies and what aren't. It's not like nobody pointed out these so called " lies" , that's all the remain losers ever did . Every claim was discussed , taken apart and analised day after day . And guess what , more people voted leave than have voted for anything in British political history .
  11. Lol , this from the bloke who said Leave had no chance of winning .
  12. Rubbish he's run a Ted Heath , John Major wet Tory government . A cigarette paper between Blair & Cameron's government . The fact he seemed happier in coalition says it all about the soaking wet pinko . Moving on , great start from May imo . Binned Gideon , David Davis and Liam Fox given important Brexit roles and Boris deserves a major role . If she sacks that ludicrous hag Soubry and brings back grammar schools , my vote maybe returning home .
  13. The Times podcast from this week claims that whoever keeps the Labour name will guarantee themselves 15% of the vote regardless of whether it's Corbyn's mob or the rest who break away and form a new party . They reckon 15% vote Labour because they always have done and always will , regardless of policy or personality.
  14. There is still question marks against Cedric despite him having a good Euro 16 . He was nowhere near the standard NC was in the premier league and there really wasn't too much complaining when an average journeyman player took his place . It may well be first season syndrome and the confidence of being a European champion together with a new manager may well do the trick . However , I wouldn't be surprised if the English game is too physical for him . If we get a stupid offer it maybe worth cashing in as his at his peak value at the moment . There maybe a cheaper repacement more suited to the English game .
  15. Christ , Angela Eagle hopeless on Newsnight , they're better of with Eddie The , rather than Angela . Members of her CLP are holding a vote of confidence in her soon . She was asked " will you quit if you lose it " . Can't answer the question . As the leftie headbanger interviewed said " these MPs believe in votes of confidence and trying to force the loser of that vote out. Therefore they should all face confidence votes from their own CLP's and stand down if they lose ". Sounds like the momentum is towards deselection on a vast scale .
  16. Looks like the lefties are finally embracing the free market .
  17. Greece should never have been allowed in the Euro , it was a typical EU fudge together with smoke & mirrors , putting ideology ahead of practical common sense. We are where we are and there are only two things that can save it now . Devaluation of its currency or fiscal Union , where the richer " states" permanently transfer money to the poorer " states" . Neither is acceptable to The Germans , therefore generations of Greeks are ****ed . Such a shame as it is such a wonderful place . The EU should have remained a common market , by blindly following the mantra of ever closer union , the EU has started to implode and will eventually fall apart . But make no mistake, it has ruined the lives of countless youths & families in its poorer areas .
  18. Which is exactly why a one size fits all German imposed austerity is wrong . Greece needs currency devaluation and major debt write off , but German/EU ideology is crippling it for generations . The EU is causing Greek misery , but hey it's still a great Union isn't it?
  19. Ireland had austerity measures which would have had lefties , unions , Charlotte Church and other assorted unwashed ,marching, wetting their pants and crying on QT weekly . My mate is a nurse at St James' hospital and he had his future pension cut by 10% and then had to pay more in , there were other sweeping austerity measures Gideon wouldn't of had the balls to even contemplate . If you're saying German enforced austerity is a good thing , I'm with you on that and we should have had some ourselves . But I rather suspect you and other remain losers dont find that one of the positives of membership , and although German enforced austerity helped Ireland it crippled Greece.
  20. Did a really good job for us and help stabilise the club and fill the hole left by Rickie . Felt we played better with Long up top and Koeman could have dropped him a bit more . Pleased the guy played for his country and at the euros because of his move to us . He was good for us and we were good for him , but this is the right time to part ( particularly bearing in mind the profit ) . Whilst nowhere near legendary status I'm sure he'll be fondly remembered and get a great welcome if he ever pops back in future . I agree with the people saying we need a replacement , long is a shoe in but doubts must be there over JRod & Austin . Shame Robson -Kanu did so well at the euros and he'd have been a half decent squad player , but he'll have delusions of grandeur at the moment .
  21. Obviously her supporters took soundings from the party members over the weekend and she concluded that she couldn't win. With people like David Davis backing May she was always going to struggle with the grassroots even though she was a remain loser. I'll hold fire on whether this is good or not until I've seen her cabinet . If Gideons gone and that ridiculous Soubry, if she gives Davis a decent role in Brexit , it maybe OK. But if it's more soaking wet Cameron like pinko rubbish , or John Major in a dress as Peter Hitchens called her, I'm out.
  22. Nope , I voted against . I believe the best system of government is people voting for a representative in Parliament. That way every area in the nation is represented in the same way . With PR you would only need to look after certain areas of the country. Look at the EU vote , Scotland and London nearly got them over the line , in PR terms it was very close. Therefore policies that enhance London and Scotland to the detriment of low population areas could end up winning a party a GE.IMO I prefer that the people of Dorset & Devon have representation which carries the same weight as people from Manchester & London .
  23. Didn't Tim lose the FPTP referendum as well?
  24. **** me , you must have had a pretty boring life .
