Completely unrelated, but can anyone help me? When using my laptop I have a wireless innernet connection. For some reason it's not always working though. The little computer picture in the bottom right of the screen generally always says it's connected, with either an excellent or very good signal strength. Despite that though it often fails to access webpages saying 'this page cannot be displayed' etc.....even when it still says its connected. Anyone know why this would be? How do I check my connection speed?...and how would i fix it?

People are being a bit harsh with it just because it's all a bit camp. There's plenty of room for both hetero-centric sports like football and more gay-friendly sports like NFL without people having to get superior about it. Also, it's probably unfair of Dubai Phil to say that you can just spend the day in the bar without missing anything. Don't download his "Mock the Week musings" podcast then, it's so embarrassingly bad it could put you off him for good. It sort of goes to show how important it is for comedians to spend time practising and sharpening a routine. I can't think why he would have wanted to release it into the public domain when it makes him look so weak. As it deteriorates he starts to develop a cringey high pitched giggle every time one of his jokes falls flat, which most of them do. I liked him until I heard it, now I just find it painful to watch him.

I know which one you're thinking of, but there's actually a better one than that, far quicker and fewer pop ups. I haven't got the address though.

It's 80kmh here, which is 50mph. There are some motorways where it's more, but not many. I agree that speed isn't necessarily the problem in non-built up areas, a bigger problem is people driving too fast too close to other vehicles, which they never seem to police properly.

I have never had any problem disciplining students and my classes have always been superb. I've never needed to hit any of them or threaten them with it. The closest I've had was a lad who was very aggressive and had to be stopped fro hitting others. I called his parents in to duscuss it. Their response was: "Yeah we give him a whack at home when he's like that, but it doesn't seem to stop him." which explained it all. They were amazed when his behaviour improved through other methods. In Norway it's illegal to hit children at all, which is as far as I can see, the way it should be. The idea that you can teach children by hitting them every time you think they're wrong is the way of the moron. We don't do it to other grown ups we deal with, why should it be OK with children. I've taught several hundred children and I'm quite strict, but resorting to hitting to make your point is just lazy. The biggest problem facing teachers is simply parents who don't back up what they're learning at school. People don't want to be role models and spend positive time with their kids, they too often want to let them watch telly, play video games or go on the internet. Lazy parenting is the problem.

Can we have a bit more respect for Bizzle please. He says he played against Saints and that he averages 94% in his degree at Bristol Uni and I think I, for one, believe him. There's no need for people to start doubting his veracity.
