  1. Getting from your car to the stadium is the problem. I was going to park near to the Mayflower (wife & daughter going to Sound of Music). Perhaps now I'll park near SMS and make them walk
  2. If you are going from Vista to Windows 7 then it is just an upgrade. If you go from XP to Windows 7 then it's a completely new install.
  3. Disappointing when you fail to get a response, but this should tell you all you need to know: http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/MatchdayHopsitalityIndex/0,,10280,00.html
  4. I've been to the Mike Channon suite a number of times but the format there has changed. Have been invited by a client to the Norwich game next month in the MLT suite, looking forward to that, anyone been?
  5. If I remember correctly in at 12-12.30, out at 6pm, GM should have a better idea. Unfortunately it's not quite as good as the Chelsea box as seen on Masterchef last night, although that did cost £1M per year (allegedly!).
  6. Was in one a couple of years ago for the Barnsley game, lost 3-2. I was quite impressed, the only thing lacking was the atmosphere you get in the suites as everyone is in one big room. You are made to feel like royalty, personal waitress service, plenty of food and drink. Interesting that alcoholic drinks have to be locked away whilst the game is on. TV in the room to catch up with other scores although our TV was faulty. Great view of the pitch. Enjoy!!
  7. I tend to agree. I have always been of the opinion that EVERY team needs a 'Makalele', someone to simply sit in front of the back four and give the ball to the more creative midfielders. Great shout from GM, this role would have suited Saffri perfectly. I'm sure AP is fully aware of Wotton's limitations but at the moment he is the best bet to fill this role. Howvever, I do wonder if Hammond might do this job even better.
  8. For me the low point was after the Bristol Rovers game. Everything had been put right off the pitch. The team looked good, we actually played very well that night but still ended up losing. I was thoroughly down after that game but since then we haven't looked back.
  9. You seem to be getting very angry again Alpine I do tend to agree with you though. TBH I stopped buying newspapers a few years ago because of the rubbish in them. Now I just dip into the news websites now and again. Or of course if I really want to be entertained, log into this forum to see how you and St. Will are getting on. :smt014
  10. Any chance you two could stop poisoning all the threads with your petty arguments....please
  11. The trouble with a number of people on here (and you know who you are!) is that they're so aggressive and argumentative. As soon as someone takes the opposite view then the insults start flying, it's pathetic.
  12. Nice one, I was too lazy to copy and pates it.
  13. Great picture of Harry Redkrap on the BBC Homepage, they've caught him mid twitch
  14. Totally agree. At least we didn't lose the Millwall game so perhaps Herr Liebherr has seen off the curse!!
  15. Have you forgotten about the Sky curse?
  16. This is priceless!! What a sad muppet this guy is
  17. Huge upsurge in feelgood factor after new signing only to be dashed yet again by a poor result??
  18. And Peter Taylor at Wycombe: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/w/wycombe_wanderers/8297937.stm There dropping like flies.

    Full House?

Bugger! I was just about to book my ticket too. Have to say the ticket website is pretty poor. have just emailed the club.
  20. bristolsaint Bet you've had a fun week!
  21. Christ no!
  22. For once I think I have to agree with you Alpine. My neutral mate who knows his football thinks midfield is where we are lacking. He kept banging on to me at the B Rovers game how the midfield were not getting into box and were constantly sitting too deep.
  23. I'm incredibly disappointed after last night. It was a cracking game but you just knew we weren't going to hang on to the lead. As to sacking the manager, well what's the point? Will it really make much difference? A new manager would be back to square one. Part of me agrees with a previous poster that we are cursed. Even with the club being saved the footballing side appears to be on a never ending downward spiral. I just cannot understand it. I would persist with AP, even if (preparing to be slated) we go down to Div 2. I asked my mate last night (a neutral Boro fan) for an impartial view. He thought the teams were matched, we perhaps shaded it but felt our problem was in the midfield.
  24. Jaidi perhaps? but I would go with Hammond. Very impressed with how AP dealt with this issue (at the forum) and especially his praise for KD.
  25. Does anyone have a copy of this photo to post on here? Would like to see it.
