  1. If it's "3 CBs again" doesn't that mean he's sticking with the same formation? Anyway, in fairness to him changing it from Fulham and earlier, it's not unreasonable to change formation from playing the bottom team to a CL level team. 3 CBs may work against a top team, but wasted against ones at our level (the Burnley game being a good example).
  2. Agreed.
  3. The similarity is over the type of managers being appointed, in particular the sequence. If you're going to nitpick about other reasons why "completely not like each other the two periods are", fill your boots.
  4. Very true. Sacked a decent manager (Luggy/Puel) because of the prima donnas in the squad. Replaced him with a disaster (Wigley/the Clown), and then in panic replaced him with an appalling dinosaur (Saggy/Hughes).
  5. I was thinking of this season... https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/34056532
  6. Wild guess, you're skint because of bad bets?
  7. Not to mention losing a sulking Fonte as well, along with Austin injuries. And Gabbi only came in during the January window, and later got injured. Plus the extra Euro Thursday matches (RK didn't even get to the group stage). Trying to explain this to the Puel-out mob is like talking to the pooch:
  8. Which means (even with relegation clauses) that we're ****ed if we go down. And if Les screwed up with some players having no relegation clauses (Forster?), we're beyond ****ed if we go down.
  9. How about a Wigley/Gray dream team?
  10. Even better, Kung Gao Chicken with a knife and fork.
  11. According to this it is being shown in some countries, so there may possibly be a stream. But with the CL on at the same time I'm not holding my breath.
  12. So he's a decent, solid manager?
  13. This. Unless by some miracle there's another Markus waiting in the wings, we'll be truly ****ed if we go down. How I envy North American professional sports: no relegation even if you finish bottom or near bottom, and instead you are rewarded with a top draft pick.
  14. Like Leeds did?
  15. Will Mark Hughes be the next Prem boss sacked? Yes: 92% No: 8%

Or maybe Post 7. You choose!
  17. The front man would be Ings' partner. Agreed about a cb and rb, but for me the front man is priority number one.
  18. What a depressing list. And no sign of my choice there.
  19. Strongly disagree. A target man who can score is exactly what the teams desperately needs, and I'm convinced he (along with a semi-decent manager) would lift them up to mid table.
  20. When he and Cuco were being alternated by RK many (apart from the Cuco haters) thought Cedric was better at defending and Cuco was better at going forward, and both were crap the other way around. Now Cedric is crap at both.
  21. Corrected for you.
  22. Corrected for you.
  23. Amstrong off....WTF??
  24. I had a bit of a laugh too about the "Arguably".
