  1. That would’ve been 3-0 if Baz was in goal.
  2. I think so. Just been announced by an ITK on the CoT thread.
  3. It appears Dragan knows more about football than Martin and Ankersen combined.
  4. Please, please, please let that person be Rasmus W. Ankersen!
  5. Dear Mr. Solak, Now that (months too late) your board has finally got rid of yet another manager disaster, I implore you to ask Mr. Ankersen to come up with a list of recommended replacements as soon as possible. Then please hire a DoF, hand him Rasmus's list, and instruct him to not consider any of them. Love, Saints Fans
  6. Come Spurs. Get 9. No way RM can survive that. And maybe finally the penny will drop for Dragan that Rasmus has been taking him for a ride.
  7. Why can’t Saints fans do that with Ankersen?
  8. Tall Paul would’ve buried that.
  9. “We want Ankersen out” would be more effective.
  10. What’s that joke about how do you become a millionaire by owning a football club? Start as a billionaire. If those morons think they can make money through players sales and don’t care about results then they are even stupider than they look. They don’t even have a good scouting network, and are neglecting the academy. Not to mention ongoing wage costs. Throw in getting relegated and turning the fans against them, our club will end up floundering skint with crap players at the lower end of the championship. No what’s really going on is the fraud Ankersen is pulling the strings (and squandering Dragan’s millions). He (Ankersen) thinks he’s a genius who will eventually take us up to the top through his sheer brilliance and ideas that no other mortals would think of. And he doesn’t want to sack RM because it will be an admission of yet another failure.
  11. I don't. He's raking in more money than most make in a lifetime for being absolutely shit at his job. I don't hate him though, my vitriol is 100% aimed at the person responsible for this mess, Rasmus F*cking Ankersen.
  12. Relegation now is infinitely more catastrophic than in Lawrie's time. The gulf in revenue now is astronomic. Yes parachute payments are a short term bandage, but you still lose your best players when you go down, and if you don't bounce straight back up you end up like Stoke and Swansea, or worse (as what happened to us when we went down with Saggy). With that disastrous fraud Ankersen in charge our future is looking bleak.
  13. Offer Potter something like £2m for the rest of the season, with a £8m bonus if he keeps us up, along with an automatic pay raise and contract extension. If we go down the contract ends and he's free to walk (with his reputation intact giving the shit we're in), unless both parties agree to an extension (e.g. if we fall just short after a good second half of the season).
  14. I've said it before and I'll say it again, an extension written into the original contract based upon promotion (if true) should never have been offered. Instead it should've been a promotion bonus with a pay raise only. If RM and his agent said no, they could tell them good luck with their future job searches and look elsewhere for another lower division Ankersen non-entity, who would jump at the chance to manage a club beyond his abilities. There are plenty of those to choose from. It's not like we trying to hire a Klopp, Pep or Mourinho.
  15. RM forgets about him most of the time.
  16. Brilliant! Did you create that? I wish Dragan could see it!
  17. Actually watching the tippy tappy crab pedestrian football in our own half with zero shots on target is very dull.
  18. Reads like someone with lots of money who knows the square root of f*ck all about football.
  19. We beat them in the first leg as well.
  20. Boring Puel out!!
  21. Not yet. Still 3 minutes left in the day.
  22. Which one, RM or Rasmus?
  23. Of course he is. He doesn't want people to know after is colossal f*ck up with Jones and relegation, but "Mr Football" has an ego the size of the titanic, so there's no way that narcissist would sit in the background and let others make decisions. He thinks he a genius, when in reality he's a moron. Reports are that some on the Board wanted RM gone some time ago, but Ankersen was the one digging in his heels insisting that disastrous manager remain in the job, underlining that he was very much involved in his hiring and is still making (shit) decisions.
  24. I don't. He waxed lyrical about how great Russell Martin would be for the club when we signed him. Even though Ankersen was almost certainly the one who chose RM behind the scenes, Wilcox gave him full support. That shows he has terrible judgement in managers.
