  1. Good question. Gao doesn't know how to drive, and is so clueless he doesn't realise that he's handed the keys to his expensive car to a couple of chancers who can barely drive themselves.
  2. Not even a short term one, he (like Hughes) is a dinosaur. Yes, he had that one incredible season at Leicester, but that was riding the momentum (and squad) inherited from the man who was harshly sacked, and who himself would be perfect for us.
  3. Yes, and the worst manager in our history.
  4. Yes he looked very promising today. That's my straw and I'm clutching it.
  5. I don't think he's even capable of making small calls.
  6. Oh how we laughed when we beat Sunderland 8-0.
  7. Hoedt on track to be our top scorer.
  8. Bookings tally? Good shout.
  9. Maybe, if Fulham can do a Wigan (and if we manage to get past Leicester).
  10. Just alone getting a front man who can score would make massive difference I believe, and I've been banging on about this for years. Not easy I know, but we're a team in the richest league in the world, with the 8th highest wages, and Bunsen and Beaker have had over 2 years to do this FFS.
  11. No, I'd happily take the heartbreaking 1-0 defeat. Lesser of 2 evils in terms of team morale than a hammering, and more importantly goal difference!
  12. Ask and thou shall receive: https://www.bbc.com/sport/cricket/46047594 No mention if they'll keep the ridiculous format used for the 10 team 2nd division, where each team plays some other teams twice, but the rest only once. With only 1 team going down next year Hants have a chance of another great escape.
  13. Surprised not many mentions of Channon, one of our greatest ever. Him, MLT, Lambert and Mark Wright. I think we'd comfortably avoid the drop with them.
  14. I agree. It should be viewed as a ****ing terrible thing.
  15. You mean what dire Puel achieved?
  16. Season ticket-holder Richard Jackson, 53, from Market Bosworth, Leicestershire, travelled to the stadium to join with other fans. "I'm just devastated really, it is such a tragedy you don't expect to happen," he said. "These owners have been absolutely fantastic, probably the best owners in the whole English system."
  17. Cardiff, Huddersfield and Newcastle? As someone said before, when the wolf is chasing you, you don't have to out run it. You just have to out run (three) fat kids.
  18. I can blame him for starting with Austin up front instead of Gabbi. Which was a big reason why our finishing and composure in the last third was shockingly bad. Gabbi may be out of form, but at least he has movement, and has shown recent glimpses of improvement in his cameo appearances, which is more than can be said of the over-the-hill carthorse. Thanks for the goals in the past Charlie, but it's time to go out to pasture (for a while at least).
  19. Actually we need someone with both. Gao seems to have neither.
  20. Yes, but amongst the managers around the world who've won f*** all many consider him to be one of the best.
  21. I think so. We failed to win about 18 of them last season and as a result almost got relegated. Moral of story, it's imperative to win at least a couple of the season's must-win games.
  22. Gabbi's came from beautiful Redmond cross. When he (Redmond) was making a rare run down the right. Nuff said.
  23. My guess this. Scoring goals is all he's really good for. He knows it, we know it. So if they dry up the pressure mounts exponentially. That penalty miss didn't help.
