If we can bring in a goal-scoring frontman I agree he should do better than the previous two in terms of goals.

It was a clear handball that prevented the ball from going across goal. Also the Croatian first goal came from a free kick from a non-existent foul. On top of that Kante then got a totally unjustified yellow, which restricted him from then on (and led to him being substituted). Croatia's other goal was a gift. France are worthy champions.

We did a Burnley 2 seasons ago under Puel, solid defensively and finished 8th. We couldn't score, and half the fans hated him, and he got sacked. You're right being solid defensively is important, and it seems the new signings (hopefully including that tall Dane) will be a big improvement. But a goal-scoring target man is desperately needed.
