  1. That goal cost us £2m. Add in £19m wasted on the clown's joke Monaco player and the overall cock up this season of not sacking him months earlier, hopefully all of that and finishing 17th will be the straw that will get Bunsen and Beaker sacked.
  2. I remember someone posted something very similar, about 8 years ago. I think he called us nutjobs.
  3. Not to mention (on the top of my head) Osvaldo (MP), Pelle, Cuco, Tadic (RK), and Pied (CP).
  4. I think I've spotted the flaw in your argument.
  5. Was that written when it looked like we were going down?
  6. Ok, big city and decent sized club. My point stands, I'd rather have the likes of Burnley and Bournemouth than bigger clubs that are more likely to survive long-term.
  7. Exactly. Why would we want the big clubs like Leeds, Villa, Birmingham, etc. to get their shit together and return and establish themselves in the PL? It would make us an even smaller fish in a big pond, with a much bigger chance of going down.
  8. I'm trying to think of 2 teams Hants may be able to finish above. Worcestershire and um .....
  9. And SMS when they took out Bale.
  10. The bed pan side is the one to avoid.
  11. Ditto. A nasty challenge to take out their best player, followed by an own goal and then a penalty shoot-out heartbreak.
  12. Yes indeed. But it doesn't seem to stop some of the posters here thinking he's the best thing since sliced bread.
  13. 9th, possibly 8th. I'd settle for that.
  14. Exactly this. It also made Puel's job much harder.
  15. I think this match was the straw on the camel's back that got him sacked (after years of fans wanting him out).
  16. A playoff at a neutral ground. With Jon Moss as referee.
  17. And on a more serious note, I'm more worried that Jon Moss will be the referee and award Swansea 7 penalties.
  18. I think you may need to revise your percentage.
  19. In the highly unlikely event that Swansea overtake us we'll be able to look back at this thread and have a good laugh.
  20. It's just as likely as Leicester winning the league.
  21. Bad news: City only have one injury. Good news: It's Aguero.
  22. He's leaving at the end of the season anyway, so this was his parting gift to his successor (no CL football).
  23. Huddersfield parking two buses. With about 7 men on the goal line at one stage.
  24. Why the **** is Hazard on the bench?
  25. Even if we'd got 4 points, with an Everton win and Swansea draw, we'd only be 2 points ahead of the Swans instead of 3. So yes the Everton draw may indeed be a blessing in disguise. But it certainly didn't feel like it at the time when that bloody equaliser deflected in! The 2005 flashbacks were unbearable.
