  1. Somebody wake FF up. We're getting perilously close.
  2. Maybe they should post them here. That would give us some hearty laughs. And get us to 100K PDQ.
  3. Nice camera shot of
  4. Lots of streams for El Crapico. Good news L B Ave, some of them are in Russian and other languages.
  5. Good call. Don't know if they can actually stop nut jobs posting, but the mods can delete all the inane posts that may appear at 100,000 and after, reserving the 100,000th slot for one of the nut job giants. FF and RB are being very modest, but one of them, or Trousers, should have the honour. FF for being the father of this thread of course, and RB and Lord T for being between them responsible for about 50% of the posts, without which we'd be nowhere near this historic landmark. One idea is for the above mentioned nut jobs (and maybe others!) to submit to the mods their contribution of wit and wisdom for the historic post, and the mods to combine them and post it themselves. Failing that, feel free to cut and paste this.
  6. You make that sound like a bad thing!
  7. I don't want to say. But Cahill and Wilshere are pretty good players.
  8. And one of those non-saints is complete shite.
  9. But that would also require Athletico Madrid being stupid.
  10. http://www1.skysports.com/football/live/match/309000/teams No. 21. Golden generation??
  11. I see Jelle Van Damme is playing for Belgium. Is he that Jelle Van Damme? The crap one who used to play for us and must be about 100 now?
  12. Oh dear, could this be the start of an Awful run for them? Maybe the the players had half an eye on their massive derby cup tie coming up, against their main Hampshire rivals. The good news is they do still have an 11 point cushion to the relegation zone. A bit like our 11 point cushion to Everton in 10th place.
  13. If they know that he has to miss 2 matches, he should limp on in the 89th minute against Villa, toss his shirt into the crowd, pick up the resulting yellow, and serve his suspension while recovering during the next match.
  14. 6 losses out of 7 actually, and 4 of those were in succession against Arse, Citeh, Chelski, and Everton. True, their two most recent losses were against shite teams (QPR and Spurs), but that could be because they were in a slump from their previous nightmare run. Most recently, an away draw against in-form Wham suggests that they could be pulling out of their slump. They did also start the season well, winning at Anfield for example.
  15. https://www.gambling.com/sports-betting/football-betting/articles/football-betting-strategy-time-of-first-goal-markets In the 2012-13 Barclays Premier League season, for example, the average time of the first goal was the 30th minute. You can narrow your betting even further by reading more into the statistics, which reveal that 33.9% of first goals came before the 15th minute - with just over one third of all goals coming in the vital starting minutes, it might be a good option to focus your resources on the 0-10 and 10-20 minute markets. As exhilarating as a late goal can be, the stats speak for themselves in terms of where the smart money should be placed in this market. The Premiership first goal average time overwhelmingly favours the first half, with a huge 77.7% of goals coming in the first 45 minutes of the game, so if you're looking to achieve a bit of extra value in this market, it's worth opting for teams who traditionally score outside the pressure cooker of the closing period.
  16. This should add a little spice to the match day thread.
  17. Not in the champions league. They're making Citeh look like school boys.
  18. Bugger, just logged on. Earliest time left please. Ta!
  19. Yes, but we can lose a number of those 27 games and still finish 4th (or higher). Lose a cup tie and that's it. The bookies have us at about 2-1 to finish in the top 4, and about 5-1 to win the cup.
  20. We're 5th favorites to be in the top 4. We've got the best defensive record in the whole country, and the best g.d. in the league. We're 4 points ahead of 3rd place. So I beg to differ that top 4 isn't really realistic and it's a huge outside chance and will require a lot of luck. We're only 3rd favorites for the league cup (with only one winner of course), so I'd say the odds are better for a top 4 finish versus winning the cup. But RK will go all out to win it, and I'm glad about that, and that he's the anti-MP.
  21. Indeed. Let's hope Morgan can behave himself until SD gets fit.
  22. Actually I think that would keep us in the top two, which will do very nicely.
