Not going to say anything about the performance but have noticed JWP has been dropped from free kicks and corners when Tadic is on. Which raises the question if he isn't considered as good as someone else at that why is he in the team at all? Starting to really think he is there because of the whole 'have to bring someone through the academy' thing.

JWP error there for the goal. Gave ball away and didn't track defender. Been a really poor performance from him again. He isn't ready to be anywhere near the 1st team.

Curious to know why you think that Bexy? He has been a total non entity in my opinion.

Seriously starting to wonder if Koeman has been told to involve jwp by higher powers. The boy does nothing at all. I don't mean to criticise him as if he is picked he has to play. But right now he is statistically our worst midfielder and he is showing why again in this game. We need someone who can influence the game in that position and he just can't do that.

Was confident until I saw James does nothing Prowse in the line up..

As good a second half they had they didn't really trouble our keeper. They were so poor the first half that it was always going to be noticeable if they improved. We took our foot off the gas and made some mistakes but their second half display was not as good as the pundits imply. They did what a team is supposed to do and actually play football. First half they didn't play at all. Just parked the bus.

Villa really are one of the worst sides out there. 3 wins in their last 15 games. And two of those wins were against Birmingham and the mighty Notts County. The other being against Bompey. If we put out a strong side we can eclipse what we did to them last may. Even with a few youngsters in the team Reed/Target/McCarthy we should still beat them comfortably.

Thought a draw was a fair result. Overall felt we were pretty decent. Although Classie and JWP were a bit gash. Ramirez looked lively.

What a pathetic second half and some questionable subs by Koeman. We badly needed someone who can win the ball and keep it in midfield. JWP is never ever going to be able to play that role. Should of changed it so Romeu came on to sure up the midfield and took Prowse off. Bringing Jay Rod on when we were under the cosh was just stupid.

So I went along to the Spanish steps today and it was fenced off.... Still getting used to this whole all have to sit out in a square at night thing. Sort of like outside pubs but have to bring your own drinks!

Awesome attempt. What are you out there doing for work? Had a chat with an Italian today about footie. Mentioned where I am from etc and was very surprised how much he knew about our club. Seems we are a bit more known around Europe than I thought. Granted he said he only follows us to see how Pelle is doing but that's good enough. Agree 100%. Tadic is statistically our best player this season. Chelsea are there for the taking and leaking goals. They have let in 14 goals already. Only Sunderland have let in more. If we go in there with a negative selection hoping for a draw then I will be ****ed off. I don't care if we give it a go and lose, but to go and full out defend and then lose will be a joke. I'd go for ---------Stek-------- Cedric--Fonte--VVD--Bertrand -------Wanyama----Davis------- Mane------------------------Tadic -----------Jay-------------------- ------------------Pelle----------- That team will create enough chances and has pace and trickery. If we get an early goal their crowd will turn on them. Will be my last Saints game for awhile so hoping we go out there to win.

Juventus as that's where my family are from/live so i kind of have to like them (even though if they play saints id want saints to win). Other than that the only other team i look out for is Miami Heat/Dolphins as that's where my missus comes from so see a few games there now and then. Might watch the new Miami FC when they start next year but they will be **** too.

Tadic without a doubt. Without his creativity we would not of scored goals. He has been like a guy reborn.

Moving back to Italy (Rome) this weekend so be cool to see if there are any other Saints around? Also got tickets for the Lazio game on sunday and was wondering if turning up in the Curva Nord with a Saints shirt on was a good idea?

1. Expand the stadium by creating a big tier behind the goal and make the tickets in there cheap i.e Germany/Italy style. With the tv deals money now gate receipts are tiny. 2. Bring in an Arsenal type scheme where your season ticket also includes cup games. 3. Try and sort out the travel issues so people don't leave 10 minutes before the end. Or simply lock everybody in until 5mins after the final whistle. Really ****es me off having to keep getting up because people want to leave early. Feck knows how many goals I have missed because of that. 4. Try and help more with the costs for away games so people don't have to spend as much meaning we might take more fans to those games. 5. Re-name the stands

His defensive and attacking stats are terrible for someone with that many minutes. Personally I would change the midfield to Wanyama - Romeu Davis Tadic Mane Davis and Tadic make up for the vast amount of our chances created. And I think Mane can create problems in the same way Tadic has been doing. Plus Mane can create better chances than JWP imo.

Interesting stat for you. This season JWP has created 5 chances where as Davis has created 15. Only Tadic is ahead of him with 16. Davis is doing far better than JWP so if either of them were to be dropped it should be JWP.

Except he made 0% of his attempted tackles, won % of his aerial duels, created no chances, had no interceptions, lost the ball four times and so on. If his job was to keep the ball or set up attacks he failed miserably.
