Like Delldays says, loads of people do it and there is not a lot you can do about it. Many major british companies hold their head offices in off shore locations so they dont have to pay corporation tax and there are so many loop holes you cannot stop. But I do agree about certain people but they will just have to lower the "days in the uk rule"

If there is such thing as a "trust" fund available for the club then I see NC looking after that as well as all of ML other business interests so a CEO opening will appear

Are you really serious? Im sure the effect of some fans from a team in league one not buying their paper will make a massive difference to one of the worlds top 10 cirulated newspapers. Basically again these guys are being made an example of and the sooner people relise that when they got caught up in trouble at football this is what happens . Football + Violence = Custodial Sentence, right or wrong this is what happens and nowt is going to change it. The british goverment and courts have a big bee in their bonnet about football violence which I dont think will go away for years to come. You only have to look at some of the sentences handed out to non related football issues.

If you have an offical payslip with your tax / ni being showed as deducted it is the repsonsibility of the employer not the employee. Saying that a payslip is not a legal document where as a P60 / P45 is. If the TAX / NI is shown on that then in court it would stand as being paid and the employer is liable
