It is not easy something had to be done unfortunately to reduce costs and Saga played well in Euro 2008 so he was loaned I think Saganowski is our best player overall but we signed John and Euell last season so he did not play much. Surely Rasiak and Saga were OK as strikers for last year with BWP in reserve. If Euell and John were not signed and Crouch did not want Euell anyway we may have saved at least £2m in wages over two seasons maybe more so the cost cutting this year would not have been so great , Results may have been better and attendances up. But the last board thought that if they bought in players success would be guarnteed and a takeover would take place.

I think he does have the best interests of the club at heart He ousted Lowe He tried to get us promoted and we got to Play Offs. He saw the club under Crouch sliding into administration so he got back Lowe to carry out the unpopular task of cost cutting. Knowing how unpopular was it was a courageous decision to bring Lowe back but obviously he thought the club was in a very bad state

Yes I know that but outside factors surely affect the team. Last season if I remember results started to suffer after the board said the financial situation was dire. I know our results have been awful this season but with a new manager a couple of new players maybe the situation can improve. But it could be undermined with all the goings on off the field.

That is what I think but why should anybody buy Lallana or Surman if they were that good surely they would have helped us to more points. I know they have potential but it is results which count
