A good start to the season I would have thought but the team needs to sort out the second opener
-
I am a fan of both LM and TP but I feel TP like MLT and Rickie Lambert did more in helping SFC getting to where it is today. LM provided the best day of my life helped by a helpful Cup draw and many memories at the Dell and elsewhere
-
A delusional post quite agree with Lord Duckhunter above don't you realise football is a job to players and they will move to achieve success and more money. Why do you think Tadic Boufal Cedric Redmond etc join SFC
-
Perhaps VVD wanted to go to a great club with passionate supporters which has great success over the last 50 years or more.
-
I agree but because the team is **** it does not mean all the players are ****
-
I agree with you the team v West Ham was shocking 4 4 2 was disaster this one is better balanced especially away from home but luckily Arsenal are more interested in the Europa Cup unsurprisingly I always thought a point against WH would have been a good result lets hope we hang on today at least we have had a little luck today with Arsenal's bad defending
-
All things are possible but most are highly unlikely statistically we had one great escape but because it was great I don't really seeing it happening again. We can only survive if we start winning and we can only win if we score goals so lets hope it starts in a few hours but it is not the end of the world there is always the FA Cup and next season

I don't think it is particularly a good way to run a company to listen to a bunch of mostly unreasonable supporters who have little idea of why certain decisions were made

Would you encourage a grand-child still to be a Saints fan
John B replied to OldNick's topic in The Saints
Very true Soggy I have been supporting SFC and Hampshire since 1960 will continue to do so for as long I am live. Live near Reading now I am very supportive of all the locals who support Reading and are going through a bad spell but they like us have had good times recently -
We need to do something radically different. A few ideas...?

If our ****ing strikers cannot score any ****ing goals it is not surprising we are going to get relegated. -
I agree with you Duckie the bloke and his cult are on the way out I hope
-
Corbyn is not the prime minister in waiting he seems to be a socialist orator with little skill in how to run the country surrounded by a cult some of whom appear pretty nasty and do not tolerate other views. I am a Labour Party Member but for how long I am not sure
-
Not leaving the EU would be even better and sensible news as suggested by most sensible people
-
But very true never the less and if he was the WBA manager no doubt you would agree
-
Yes I agree too In the first half there just seemed to be more Wigan players wherever the ball was
-
Just because we beat Wigan of League 1 I am not at all confident we will be in the PL next season as we have hardly any winnable games in the next few weeks and strikers who cannot score goals. But hope I am completely wrong
-
Movement allowing Hojberg to score the first goal

I have now received confirmation from a well placed FCO source that Porton Down scientists are not able to identify the nerve agent as being of Russian manufacture https://www.craigmurray.org.uk/archives/2018/03/of-a-type-developed-by-liars Tories are only interested in doing what is best for the Tory Party

I find this interesting UK's claims questioned: doubts voiced about source of Salisbury novichok https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2018/mar/15/uks-claims-questioned-doubts-emerge-about-source-of-salisburys-novichok

I think your analysis is delusional and I don't think you have any idea of football just because someone scores a goal it does not mean he is playing well If players do not perform well it is not always the fault of the manager Forster Soares Hoedt Stephens Redmond Davis Long etc have not been consistent and have made too many mistakes
-
Still looks an even bigger task lets hope we have some luck Swansea City v Southampton West Ham United v Southampton Arsenal v Southampton Southampton v Chelsea Leicester City v Southampton Southampton v AFC Bournemouth Everton v Southampton Southampton v Manchester City So where are the points coming from
-
I still think we will be going down the pressure is going to tell in the end. No easy games left 3 home 5 away . I Need counselling because usually I am quite positive
