  1. ;);) Made anything valid he had to say obsolete by admitting that he didn't go to the game and no longer has a ST. Why would "the board" even care what he thinks.
  2. 2 match rest won't do him any harm anyway, looks a bit knackered.
  3. That would only have brought him a 3 match suspension, he deserves 10 or so, to start when he's fit to play again.
  4. Good.
  5. Really? That would be a very stupid appointment then. Might as well hoick a bloke out of the stands at their next home game and give him the job.
  6. Doubt if Swansea are saveable anyway.
  7. Willian is also the sort of player that we'll never be able to get once their career is established or keep if we got them as a hopeful.
  8. In that eventuality he probably wouldn't even still be here. Might as well not be anyway. Had a good couple of months at the start, since it's been mostly downhill.
  9. Relegation almost a certainty? Really, that's a fair old bit of poetic licence
  10. Should have been sold in August. Never retain a player who doesn't want to be there.
  11. Is he a regular starter? Didn't think he was, more of an on the hour impact player.
  12. He won't be dropped though.
  13. Really don't see us sacking Pellegrino, that would be an admission that they've cacked up 2 managerial appointments in 15 months or so.
  14. Seems like a sterling plan.
  15. Probably just a new method for tapping up prospective transfer targets.
  16. Don't think he actually works in the club shop now. Hence "former employee".
  17. Ridiculous, my match going career would have been nipped in the bud at the age of 9. Then again that's asanitised 21st century football for you.
  18. What a pig's ear they've made of that situation. I mean Koeman couldn't have done any worse if he'd been left in charge and they're paying him anyway.
  19. Not bad huh ! At least the moaning minnies now know what an "out of his depth" manager looks like.
  20. Shouldn't have sacked the last one, can't see anything to be gained in sacking this one and having another shot at the manager lucky dip. There are only so many managers who'll benefit the team and we'll not get any of them. The solution is get rid of Reed, get better players and keep the manager.
  21. What's the difference between Sunderland and West Brom really. Different league but same standard more or less.
  22. And how many sacked PL managers is that now? Owners and boards have to realise that if you can"t spend 200 million and more on players, you probably won't be Top 6 and your team will be just average. Might as well spend nothing at all as moderate sums really.
  23. And how does that change from the last one ?
  24. So anyway. Remember that Oscar Garcia bloke who was touted a bit on this very forum last summer? Decided that St Etienne were far too poor for him to be able to continue and just quit today.
  25. Why would he want to though. They already have 3 top class CBs and Dier who can fill in there very adequately in case of necessity.
