It was not just about his substitutions. The manner in which he has changed the team by (a) pressing hard when not in possession and (b) drilling balls through channels more centrally, made a massive difference to the way we played. We denied them opportunities and the only problem we had was converting chances - you don't get many at OT, so when you do you need to take them. Davies missed a glorious chance to draw - he is not good enough on the ball unfortunately and we need better.
