  1. I think if we get one or two players picked they'll get picked regularly. And we should have a reasonable amount ready for selection now or v soon. Cleverley should be a good player buthe just doesnt seem to be effective at all
  2. Int selection is more than just form, you need to think about players that are used to playing the system the int team plays and players that are used to playing together as the coaching time is too short to try to get them used to each other and different tactics effectively. Hence you tend to get 'groups' of players called up with the odd wildcard
  3. He is clearly a better manager IMHO and we would be foolish to let him go
  4. I think we need that sort of striker anyway, currently we dont really have one thats capable, Jay has the attributes but always looks better from wide. SG is v green but could be that man and RL has everything except the legs. Ossie was that man IMO but he was a fruitloop. Id be inclined to slightly change the tactics to incorperate RLs inclusion until the summer and push on from there.
  5. Id too love to see Villa go down, lets all hold hands and pray. Though Id like WHU to go down too Lets pray for a claret n blue relegation and see what happens
  6. Exactly, takes a bit of pressure off aswell. Coming from deep always means you get picked up late, which is part of how he got his goal yesterday and also why Jay is so effective
  7. Of course they should be able to be criticised, nobody is above any form of criticism. Aome of what is said about RL is far OTT but I dont think its unfair to say that he cant really cut it up top on his own anymore. He looks much better a bit further back just like he did today.
  8. Last year I said Cork should be in the England fold when he played regularly and now he is back in the team and back in form then yes definately I think he should be in and around the team. Rodwell would have been the only other one to challenge but he has managed to take significant time out of the game recently.
  9. Hart Clyne Cahill Jagielka Baines Lallana Gerrard Wilshere Sturridge Rooney Welbeck I expect thats what itll be
  10. Isnt that pap ?
  11. Certainly looked much better in the attacking midfield three yesterday I agree. I think playing the lone striker in our system asks too much of him though
  12. Janzaj, Mata Nobody else, I think that Lallana would fit into Utd but with the purchase of Mata I think they need other players now. Like Cork and Schniederlin or even a pre-injury VW
  13. My only criticism of him was that he should play number 10 role as it suits him and not the lone striker role that just doesnt suit him anymore. He played lone striker first half and no 10 second.
  14. This
  15. He played No.10 second half and looked very good, thats where we should start him IMO, thats what he is good at in this system. Coming from deep, linking play, finding passes. Excellent Fulham really are bloody poor though
  16. Rickie should start in that No.10 position, it allows him to play the game he is good at. Quality goal from Jay, Adam and Rickie. Lallana is just so so so good
  17. Well he hasnt headbutted one of his own players and buggered off back to his last league... Yet, so I suppose it was better than our gamble !!
  18. He was to replace the eastern european bloke thats out for the season, his name begins with K I think. Short term gamble
  19. I suppose its not the worst gamble in the world. He looks a good player but your right, hardly prolific
  20. Fulham - Terrible side, too many old legs, poor players through the spine Cardiff - Dont think they are good enough really The last place I really dont know, could be a few teams, I think Sunderland could still be there or there abouts come the end of the season, WBA seem a bit all over the place, Norwich seem consistantly crap and WHU just seem a mess. I think Palace will pull out now but Hull, Villa and even Swansea will get sucked into the quagmire but I think they'll be ok
  21. Hard to judge in the dire Norwich side, but he would always be a gamble. How much was he ?
  22. They do it to try to sell them I think
  23. I think itll be Welbeck, rooney and sturridge, whether we like it or not, its not terrible, its actually pretty dynamic. But probably not Woys best option, if it is that though Id like it to be Gerrard, Lallana and Wilshere in behind
  24. Dunno, why arent Cardiff playing in blue ?
