I think people are a little harsh on ABK. He's 21 so his body has only just finished growing (if it has) so fitness / injury issues shouldn't be a shock to us, and a defender who gets in the German national squad at that age obviously has undoubtable talent. There's also no question of his commitment. Get him fit and get him in the team is my view.

I've not asked specifically but JWP is a bright guy so I suppose he knows his level. He's not going to play for Man City or Liverpool. Another snippet although not transfer related is that JB fell out with Ralph (easily done by the end) and was exiled to Villa. He was very happy to come back as soon as he could.

JWP will move if the club accept a bid from somewhere he wants to go, but he's happy to stay. The same with Tino and Tella. Both very happy to stay. Sulemmana isn't likely to go anywhere unless a great bid comes in. He's got a hamstring injury, that's why he's not played. This from a good source I see regularly but as he always says, this is today and tomorrow is tomorrow.

You've only got to look at Redmond to know it's all about confidence. We've never seen a confident Mo. People in sport shouldn't use their 'fame' and following as sports people to comment on political issues and foreign regimes. The results of doing this are bloody obvious. They sure as hell aren't going to give you money to do so and (god forbid) they might even express their disapproval in your actions. IF you publicly disagree with your employer over a national or social media platform you'll find yourself sacked - simple. I'm your typical white average straight non-religious guy (and I think the chinese are wrong in this instance, and the nazis were bad and Trump is a nutter and etc etc) but it always amazes me how unwilling people are to consider any other view other than their own to have any merit or even basis for consideration.
