Didnt he say at season end that if need be he would be quite happy to go back to his Academy role ? I dont see a problem with him doing that to be honest, he just shouldnt be first team manager.

There is no way he is too good for League 1. He probably THINKS he is but until he gets either a decent work ethic or develops the skills of a Le Tissier he is not too good. He ISN'T good enough for the Premier League either.....but if he improves his attitude he may be one day.

As a fellow Weymouthian I tend to agree with a lot you say but to be honest I think you are way off with this one. It is a good few soundbites I'll grant you, he is saying the right things BUT he said a lot of the right things before matches last season and when push came to shove we were **** and he was left tactically sadly lacking. No problem with him going back to his academy job as he hinted at when the season ended, but manager to get us out of League 1 (in the right direction) ? Nope.
