Alpine is absolutely right, the players need their heads sorting out. Its been so long now that there is no winning mentality, AP himself has said this on many occasions. As soon as we conceed their heads go, we go all to pot, panic sets in and there is a feeling of "here we go again", you can almost see it in them. Up until they scored I thought we were superb tonight, and how we lost that game is a complete travesty......the players could do no more......but when they take a knock of confidence they are stuffed I'm afraid.....and that needs sorting PDQ.

Just got to the chapter where he reveals how much he earned here. What a ****ing insult to one of the greatest players to ever pull on a Saints shirt. Must agree with FF about Thompson. After the first 10 mins or so I thought he looked lazy and clueless....the clueless I can live with cos many of our players have looked like that over the years but the lazy bit really bothered me. Shake yourself up Jake FFS.

Wanted - 2 New Centre Halfs. Must be able to tackle and defend, esp from set pieces. Current position holders need not apply.

Wish we would sign a centre half or two pretty quickly.......Swindon strikers must be rubbing their hands at the thought of facing Lancashire.

Hopefully this will relegate Paul Wotton to just a squad player then........
