Last season he came in with enthusiasm, a plan and a desire to involve u23 to some degree. Whatever has happened behind the scenes, there’s little of that. I do feel we are getting to the villa/Sunderland situation where a relegation is coming at some point and is maybe necessary. If he’s up for the fight, keep him otherwise shake hands and move on.

I’d rather us be boring and perhaps get something rather than be exciting and lose 4 -1. Would have preferred a couple of changes but Lineup was expected after playing reasonably well against wolves.

According to bbc Steve Davis was mom for rangers against Porto in their 1-1 draw.

Yeah 5 at the back seems the only way to go currently. I’d prefer to see Gunn and jwp drop out of that lineup but unlikely to happen. Hopefully we can pick up from last week and secure at least another point.

Think if they agree to his request for an extension to the end of January its automatic. However if they added any qualifier or a different date it would be a different scenario.

If Gunn could not get stranded out of his area at some point for a game it would be handy too.

Thought var got it right in Liverpool game. Ref made reasonable judgment calls. Pantomime Contact that ref clearly saw but not enough to overrule, no more than mane’s in the other direction vs Leicester the other week.

Var terminals were a waste of space in the first place. In rugby officials are a team and guy in the middle isn’t asked to go stare at a tiny screen when the var team have reviewed it.

Var can’t eliminate something that’s not clear cut. That was always the lie.
