Not sure what you on about. Before Cedric got injured he was looking good. Valery has been inconsistent, poor against Chelsea, good against wolves, poor against Leicester but then good against City. That's what's completely nuts about it, it's not as if valery played badly last time, it was just an attempt to force others into the team at the expense of any sort of shape.
-
On the glass half full side not long before we're shot of Shane Long and Cedric
-
When the manager completely loses the plot, it's time for him to go.
-
Nigel would be my pick too.
-
What about poor Armstrong who has spent his entire career thinking he's a midfielder only to spend the last week realising that apparently according to the manager he's really a right back.
-
Look to Swansea. Complete clear out, young team, doing ok in championship. Wouldn’t want Sam. I’d have Adkins in a heartbeat.

Making sure Ralph's everton win came through on his accumulator?
-
As long as the overhaul gets rid of the guy who thinks fullbacks are optional
-
You obviously blinked & missed Ralph's fantastic decision to give Vokins a one minute cameo in the league cup. Sure he learned a lot in that minute.
-
Might be a relief that he isn't. Stands more chance of him staying in the championship if he's a very rough diamond.

Cedric Soares - Official: Loaned to Arsenal
Baird of the land replied to Saint Garrett's topic in The Saints
That's not great but can understand him and valery being utterly annoyed that ralph would prefer to play a centre mid in their position rather than them and in cedric's place ask him to play out of position, when shock horror it doesn't work(like it didn't earlier in the season), rather than switch him to his natural position, would prefer to stick with no natural right back. -
I think he's been incredibly lucky to have got the points he has got this season. Sending off versus brighton whilst we were being played off the park & then scraping a win against sheff utd when they found ways not to score. I don't think its crazy to think maybe we could have a manager who plays a right back at right back. Who doesn't set his team up to defend at home to a team one place above them. Who doesn't sit on his hands whilst the opposition manager makes changes to win the game.
-
Hopefully you are right. Needs to go pronto
-
Any manager who looks at a squad with 2 right backs and goes i'm going to pick a centre mid there deserves to be unemployed. Sack him now whilst its international break. Get in Adkins(experienced successful championship manager), plan on being in the championship & rebuilding from there(anything else is a bonus)
-
Poll time surely.
-
He’s got to be sacked. That was bad on a Pelegríno scale. So now we aren’t playing fullbacks even when we have them. We spend most of the game cowering in our own box. Ralph scratches his arse whilst Silva makes changes to win the game. Positive. Boufal, djenepo. Ings for his poaching.
-
If a player goes down holding their head they should have to go off the pitch for a 5 minute assessment whilst the game goes on.
-
Sack the useless idiot. Standing around doing nothing whilst they make changes to try and win it
-
Feel sorry for ings. Getting zero support due to ralph’s Appalling negativity.
-
Get Adkins. At least he is a proven championship manager(if worst happens)
-
No shots at home to a poor Everton team. Get lost Ralph with that negative rubbish.
-
Sack Ralph and get Adkins in. At least we’d try and play not cower in our box against a poor Everton team
-
He’s got to shift to a 4 at the back and give us more ability to get hold of the ball. This is suicidal
-
seems Ralph wasn’t lying when he thought saints played a balanced approach against city. To anyone else it is everyone behind the ball defending though which is 3mbarassing against a vulnerable Everton team
-
Apparently everton are bad at set pieces lol
