  1. Does Pellegrino deserve equal credit as we were outside the relegation zone when he was sacked?
  2. Personally given we’ve a very good player in targett I wouldn’t be averse to Bertrand leaving if there was a very good offer on the table.
  3. If we are going to do any business in January it should be loans.
  4. Hope you are right and we will give them a go.
  5. I suppose technically hughes 1 point per game ratio was a slight improvement on Pellegrino's 0.933 per game. If swansea hadn't of collapsed or WBA had of replaced Pardew earlier the situation might have been very different though. Hughes did nothing to deserve being handed a 3 year contract.
  6. Options are very limited. So going to spurs and playing with pace up top seems preferable and that’s taking a gamble with Redmond or elyounessi. Gabbi is hardly a lead the line striker and Austin is a waste of space. Forgot Barnes isn’t eligible. That’ll teach me for not putting Austin on bench to weigh it down. Think Davis gives more mobility than Romeu which is why I plumped for him.
  7. Even someone paying a proportion of Austin’s wages whilst on loan would be an improvement. Wonder if Bertrand or jwp may be moved on if we get offers. Jwp is barely playing whilst targett seems to me at least ready for starting spot.
  8. McCarthy Valery Stephens bednarek yoshida targett Davis Redmond hojberg Armstrong Elyounessi Subs Gunn, Cedric, vestergaard, jwp, Romeu, gabbi, Barnes Given how obafemi pulled up i’d Assume it would be a big risk to play him. Not sure away to spurs is really one that suits gabbi & Austin is awful, only real option I can see is trying elyounessi further forward. Can’t see us getting anything but hopefully we can show spirit and keep it close.
  9. Thank goodness we’ve got rid of the utterly horrendous Hughes. Giving him a 3 year deal in the summer was a debacle. Really hoping new guy is youth positive and we can go back to seeing the effect of a progressive manager.
  10. A struggling championship side like Bolton or Ipswich would be ideal.
  11. Yes Yes Yes Was so worried that draw with United was going to keep him in situ long into the new year. Now to keep my fingers crossed that we make a better appointment.
  12. In this day and age sometimes there are media outlets that find it is in their interest to try and set the agenda, when really it is not backed up by the actual facts and reality of the situation within the club Hmm that's rather delusional. He should be sacked for his utterly appalling record.
  13. Especially from a club that bigged up itself as utilising its academy players.
  14. Can i count Hughes cos he was once a player for us. If not then i suppose Hoedt, merely cos he's poor and keeps getting picked by hughes.
  15. Did West Bromwich gain much by replacing Pardew with caretaker Darren Moore?
  16. Jaidi trying to impress to replace the useless Hughes.
  17. Saw Fellaini scored yesterday & imagined him owning Hoedt.
  18. It’ll be a red hoedt streak against us.
  19. Hughes brings back Cedric, hoedt and Austin and we lose. Board finally see the light and sack him. The end.
  20. Watch useless hoedt waltz back into the team.
  21. Glad to see valery playing well. Obafemi certainly has someth8ng too him even if he should have scored. Those 3 center backs seem to me to be perfect c9mb8nation if you are go8ng to play 5 at the back. Gabbi should never take penalties Glad Hughes didn’t get win to alleviate pressure. Hopefully he’ll be gone after United game.
  22. Sack him.
  23. Shows why var shouldn’t be used. Delays game, often just ends up making decisions on things that aren’t black and white.
  24. At least he got in the right place even if he missed it.
  25. Normally i’d Be excited to see youngsters but really want Back of atrocious Hughes. Woo Valery. Nice for the kid. All those pre seasons games where he wasn’t played at right back whilst we had no right back are the perfect build up to this. Poor Davis too. Guess he makes good tea. Can’t see why else Hughes didn’t allow him to leave if he’s only a benchwarmer for tonight. Back to 5 at the back again. So what are the chances we abandon it after 20 minutes at 0-0 again at st Mary’s Saturday.
