You've got to assume it's highly likely Bertrand will be off in January if Ralph would prefer to handicap his side rather than play him. Equally its curious to see Valery can't even make the bench now. Is he injured or has he done something to displease ralph Personally i think its wrong that Yoshida who was excellent at the weekend gets dropped and Vestergaard who was less impressive gets retained.

I prefer the current approach of uk window to shut before the season starts. At least it minimizes domestic destabilizing. Ideally Europe would match or move closer but its not crucial imo. The inability to shift Lemina is the issue. Hopefully someone will buy before the window closes and it might allow us to relook at the position in Jan. While hardly ideal i think we thought with Danso he could cover Romeu if we needed a like for like replacement. I know people in the past have also suggested stephens for the role too.
