  1. Agree its crazy to possibly lose someone as good as Cork, especially given the Morgan situation. We could end up having to spend large amounts just to get replacements of similar quality. Interesting to read Morgan's side of events. Glad his professionalism overruled his initial understandable disappointment. Shows how important the fan reaction to the crazy decision to sell Chambers was too. Otherwise we'd have likely done a deal and lost Morgan.
  2. Very poor display imo. Hope we get back to previous standards after international break.
  3. If you are going to take him off, surely cork should have been the replacement.
  4. Don't get that sub at all. Seem to have surrendered midfield.
  5. ohhh why didn't davis shoot.
  6. Don't even think it was a foul personally. But if the ref thinks it is a foul it should possibly be a red.
  7. Still playing atrociously.
  8. Agree, ref's being consistent but it doesn't suit Wanyama's strengths. Hence why i'd take him off.
  9. Wanyama is getting pulled up anytime he uses his body strength so hopefully we'll bring Cork on who might give us more fluency in the middle.
  10. getting penned in. Need to get some possession in their half.
  11. Really I can't see anything saving the Europa league, unless they do something about the champions league. It's the problem not the Europa league. Think the whole notion of champions league place for winners shows they have no real desire to deal with fundamental issues, it's just a gimmick.
  12. Good to see Clyne finally getting recognition he deserves. Think Cork's good enough for squad, though glad he hasn't got called up. Hopefully he can nail down a regular starting spot for us and we can tie him down to a contract and then he can get that call up.
  13. Sorry i'd still prefer Shaw, think he's going to get better and better. Bertrand is a decent replacement but older and not quite the same quality. Sadly united finally have been forced to play shaw, so that'll improve them.
  14. Great that we reacted instantly to their equaliser and came again. Important to win that sort of game, against an organised but very average qpr side. 2nd in the table, looking nice.
  15. Been coming sadly.
  16. Sounds a frustrating game. Hope we get Cork on soon.
  17. Really hope crowd spend less time getting on redknapp's back (despite my low opinion of him) and just focus on supporting team. Don't want him to be a distraction to getting an important 3 points.
  18. Hmm not a good draw.
  19. Have no issue with people booing Chambers during the game. He pressed for a move to arsenal after only playing one season for us.
  20. Yeah Chambers & Shaw in a heartbeat.
  21. Very well done. Was very nice listening to five live commentators glowing about Saints performance. Hope we can rest and go again and put qpr to the sword at the weekend.
  22. Yeah, not even given a start in a struggling team with a congested fixture list and missing their main striker.
  23. I can't say I fundamentally disagree with the notion that repeatedly ripping the guts out of the team each summer would be a bad idea. Some of the examples aren't comparable though.
  24. As for the op's question us to win and all the big teams(city, utd,Liverpool, arsenal,Tottenham, Everton,Chelsea) to either lose or if they play each other draw. Love watching them squirm for as long as possible.
  25. Yeah very much this. Cracking player who has made a poor move(no doubt a very lucrative one though). Assume he'll finally get a chance after the horror show against Leicester though.
