Yep my hopes have lowered to just re-signing cork, given how bad things are.
-
That's contingent on us tying cork down to a new deal and retaining wanyama.
-
Not unless cl stands for championship league.

What an utter load of rubbish. No other club would let themselves get pillaged in this manner. -
Great panic buys we'll struggle to get rid of in the championship.
-
Massively overpay for an ageing Dutch centre back whilst letting our 19 yr old centre back/ right back go to arsenal. Woooo hoooo, what a joke board. No interest in fer either, unless it's as replacement for wanyama leaving which would be another disaster.
-
Rose and holtby would be great signings.
-
Yeah we need to focus on keeping those players we still have. Renewed very good contracts for these 2 and clear statements to rest that no bids will even be countenanced.
-
Normally a club would just tell suitors to go away. However that's not 2014 saints, so wouldn't't be at all surprised to see rest of first xi leaving.
-
Really there are people that wouldn't welcome him back with open arms? The guy was a fantastic chairman that brought the club forward massively and made great managerial appointments.

Man united, Rafael isn't up to much IMO.
-
European ambition you are having a laugh, that's all I'll say on the matter.

Given the interest in a new keeper can't see Boruc staying long. There would be a tiny part of me filled with morbid curiosity at seeing an entire version of the first 11 in position sold. The rest of me would be wailing.

Still don't get how you sell a guy with a serious knee injury. Waiting for it turn we've sold him dirt cheap rather than the size of fee a top young English international striker should command -
Is Katarina Tarnishing Markus' Legacy?

Nothing can tarnish his legacy. That said desperately keeping my fingers crossed that she sells to a decent buyer sharpshooter. -

If they are going down on their knees and letting spurs have their way with us, getting holtby in the disgraceful act would be a tiny but useful addition. -
So you think vic will be happy coming back from international duty to this. Fonte, who has been annoyed by contract inaction. No wonder Davis is touted as captain. He's the only first teamer certain to be at saints come the season.

What about wanyama. Surely he ain't going to be happy arriving back from international duty for pre-season to find a gutted first xi. -
Does cortèse count. If not chambers. Says everything that's wrong about saints rolling over like a whipped cur at the slightest interest which would make many championship clubs embarrassed let alone a club that finished in the top half of the prem.

Hardly surprised. The new board's motto seems to be if someone is interested there's interest they will roll over & sell. -
I expect a number of them to be. Though the fact that any of them that perform half decently will be ripped from us with no fight is my issue.
-
Yeah, utterly inept weakness that will just encourages others to come in and unsettle players in the future.

Really disappointed in board. They've shown zero gumption. The statement released is an utter joke. So in Jan or June its going to be Harrison/JWP fancied a move so we parted like the red sea to enable it. Really hope a serious buyer comes in to take over.
