I thought Adkins was doing a good job until I watched the first half of the Liverpool game - we weren't at the races and he did nothing. Still, I guess he had his reasons. I'd certainly far rather the club stuck with him than brought in some muppet. His man management and coaching skills and the way he brings on young players and gives them confidence makes me think he's the right man for the job in the long term.

I was truly staggered by the PST nonsense quoted in this BBC article: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/20669252 Apparently a 10 point deduction is... 'great news for Portsmouth football club.' And the restrictions on playing budgets and borrowing for four years are... 'a positive step'. The mind boggles...

They're still not talking numbers - this from an illiterate Trust bod on POL: "Slowly, Slowly catchy monkey. We've got the same situation as when pledges were coming in - people want to know, but releasing updates can almost be a no win situation. If we're are doing well some people may feel complacent and relax and not convert, if we are not doing well people may not convert as they think its a waste of time. I know we want to shove it in Littlewoods face, but that time will come. I think expect more info to come out after court case. At that point we are either viable owners or not. That includes cash in the bank. As it happens, I'm bursting at the seems to announce to him our success, but just not yet mate."

Apparently they also: "Made over £100 on 'Power To The People' T shirts." So I'm guessing they sold about..... 10.

This is good advice - it works well for me.

6 hours to cover thirty one miles???? He's averaged about 5 miles an hour - that's pathetic.

'In technical terms, if you look carefully, I think they grade that fixture as a four steward job.' That was funny

Can't remember him not winning a header - he gets my vote.

Hi all, There was a good bit of interest in the Trust bid today, with a lot of people taking the News supplement which was being handed out by people (including myself, outside the Trust bus). Many thanks also to all who gave cash in the buckets towards Prostate Cancer, on behalf of Scott Mclachlan's Walkthe92. Also a lot of interest with the t-shirts, with many enquiring about availability. There might be one or two pictures in the News on Monday as well with some fans wearing the t-shirts outside the Trust bus A lot of work is going into this bid process from a great many people. I really wish some could know exactly what has been sacrificed through this by some of the team, especially when they're being met by flack and comments from some who are only looking after their own position and interest. The team will do everything to make this work, they will make it work and this will be successful, I have no doubt about that. On a side note, I know one of the supplements made it's way to Joe Michalczuk, signed by me with my best wishes (not my idea at first, but it seemed like a bit of fun). Think it is now in pieces. Pompey Scot

We will draw a line, put that result to bed and move on.

You consistently predict the most miserable outcome possible. When things are going badly you are proved right but this purely due to pertinacity not to any insight you may think you possess.

Webbed fingers make typing difficult I know, but this is supposed to be a share prospectus for God's sake.
