In just over a week of foreign visits our esteemed new Prime Minister, the Boy David, has (1) stated that Britain was 'junior' to the USofA in 1940, ( a speech in the US ) (2) that Turkey should join the EU, ( a speech in Turkey ), (3) has called Gaza a prison camp, ( also in Turkey ), and (4) said that Pakistan 'should not be allowed to export terror', ( whilst in India ). Is he just saying what he thinks his hosts want to hear, or making foreign policy up 'on the hoof' ?

I never understood the problem; there are these funny metal signs at the side of the road, round with red borders and black numbers on a white background. If your speed, as displayed on your dashboard, ( or even possibly on a heads-up ), is not in excess of the number displayed on these signs, ( exceding which is against the LAW !!! ), the camera does not take your picture, and no revenue goes to the Traffic Safety Partnership / HMG / Polce Authority ( * delete as you feel necessary ). Can anybody tell me at what point in the video clip you can see the 'riot' that the Police were controlling ? If you or I pushed a copper over we'd at the least get piled into a van and arrive at the Station with a few teeth less than we'd started with. This was an unprovoked assault, unless walking with your hands in your pockets is now an offence under Public Order regulations.
