Here's an idea. Why don't we actually start managing our players? If a player has an attitude problem, work with them to improve it. That's what a decent manager would do. Even Burley managed to get Dyer playing well last season, he was our best player before he got injured. Saints seem far too keen to offload players rather than putting some effort into gettiing the best from them. There were stories when Jan came here that he wasn't good at dealing with egos, hence why he played lots of kids. Now it seems that he can't even get the respect of young players who have barely achieved anything in the game.
