I do not care what anybody says or whatever England wish to do in the future-Rickie should play for the three lions. We have not won anything since 1966 for goodness sake.
-
That was a stand out moment for me too, especially as we filled the whole of the stand alongside the touchline on that day.

Radhi Jaidi update tonight on website/player

Interview on Saints Player. Spreading the word about Saints in Africa. Started Saints Academy in Tunisia. Helping with the young players at SMS and learning Management and Coaching from Martin Hunter.Pleased to be part of the Southampton Set Up. Comes across as a very pleasant, intelligent guy. -
Classey player.Top news.
-
Not necessarily, but agree with your comments in the third sentence. We need better back up.

TBF he did sign Ricardo (i'm always falling over) Fuller.
-
I always felt last year in the Championship that he gave the winger too much space time and time again. The club knew this and that is why we tried to sign the guy who eventually went to Man U. It was fortuitous that Luke Shaw came good as we did not appear to have anybody else on the radar. Luke is still learning and we definitely need to sign an accomplished left back in the summer.

What a great player Rickie is.
-
A very talented player but I think he needs to work hard to reach the heights we expect of him.Presently. he does not justify a start as much as JP.
-
I remember that foul up by Kelvin last time around and Dexter Blackstock nipped in to score. These two will not be playing so we shall be ok on Saturday.

8% yield? I wish I could get that on my rented property.

Interesting to learn that Jack Stephens has been made Captain and Saints are developing him in a CM role. from CB
-
Dominic is Captain of Saints under 18's, plays midfield. Parents still live in Bridport I believe but played his football for one of the Weymouth Youth teams before joining Saints. He has given a good interview on Saints Player last Friday in the post Man U build up for the under 18's. Seems a bright and intelligent young man.

At what point are the club going to invest in Dyson airblades?

When did you previously wash your hands in the Chapel John Boy? We have had cold water coming out of the hot tap for the last 3 seasons! -
I guess NC fell into Saints FC because of Markus. We do not know if football has got to him like it did Markus as we do not know much about him. I do not think the Leibherr family are all that interested as NC always seems to be on his own at matches. On this basis, a sale is a distinct possibility but that may be 2 or 3 years away yet. In the meantime, in my view, a large part of the Project will be developing top class players via the Academy,as this comes out in inteviews very regularly. We are also spending a fortune at Staplewood for the now and the future.

A poor performamce by the ref. Why he did not give the Man City player a yellow card for diving on the edge of the penalty area at Chapel end bemuses me. He was only a few feet away too.
-
Best performamnce from a midfielder I have seen at SMS yesterday from Jack Cork. He did not stop running and his determination to win every ball was superb. MOTM for me.
-
It must be the best team performance I can remember at SMS since we beat Tottenham in the League and the Cup two Saturday's running. Everybody played superbly but I thought that Jack Cork was absolutely outstanding, One of the best performances from a Central Midfielder that I can recall.
-
and that is the crux of the whole business case for stadium expansion. If NC can sell 25K season tickets each year for 3/5 years at SMS, then we may be in business.
-
Agree-these people are not ITK although they like to think they are. I heard similar when I went around SMS after first year it was opened. I enjoyed the tour though.
-
NC knows that when the Football Fair Play Rules kick in fully, we shall have a much better chance of competing with the current top four in the premiership.

0-1 to Saints with Ramirez nutmegging Rio just as Marians did to Stam all those years ago.

Trouble is, one cannot believe him. He said he would have a referendum on Europe in this Parliment before the last General Election. Said the same about a free vote in Parliament on Fox Hunting and culling badgers . How many U-turns to date--36 is it?
