If true then they are very silly people. You have a far better chance for Saints at the moment than a team who have not brought any kid through the ranks since they have money.
-
Well Jake has been with us for 6 years now and you would of thought they would of got him by now esp that a member of his family is on the Chelsea books. I think people are putting one and one together because it's finally been revealed who he is and the links he has with Chelski.

Chuffed to bits that the mystery special talent does look to be Jake Sinclair. I work with a guy who's son used to be on Saints books and he often mentioned that this bloke was bloody special. Also I have been telling people on this forum for years now which is nice now it's come out.

I thought it was Mark Peters not Scott. Anyway he's an inside left centre forward. :-;
-
No its not as the kid we are talking about is a year younger. The skills of Henry and the speed of Theo is what I was told 2 years ago, and I spoke to someone else about 6 months ago and the kid is still going strong for Saints.

My mate stole Scott Marshall's signing on contract as he left it on the table to get a drink, he gave me a copy, I then sent it to SISA who passed it on to Merdian. He was on £24k a week after bonuses.

I still don't have a clue what they are saying. So us in the 2nd division are hoping to sign the Pope from either one of the teams named above. right or wong?

This forum is so poor for the iPhone, it's so bad that I'm getting to a stage of I can't be bothered so much.

Well said Thorpie. I can't quote your comments as this ****e forum is not Iphone friendly.

It's just another dig at the Echo really because they revealed the deal 2 weeks ago. I like the bit 'He has Just agreed terms.' yeah right (not) I'm afraid we are going to lose some deals if the paper does that again as Cortese is that obsessed to beat them.

I like it as its growing on me like the new kit but Im not sure on the banner, its more the players and its a little too plain for my liking. The DATM one is total class though. -
Its clear to everyone we are the favorites but so was Leeds. If i'm right they came close in the minus points year but the two years after that they failed to win promotion after starting on NIL. Where did they go wrong and what will be our downfall if we fail too?
-
Also that first man, did he score a goal with that thing balancing on his lip?
-
Silly goalie mistakes like Robert Green, when was the last time we have seen a howler since Paul Jones left?

TOWN chairman Andrew Fitton is expecting an “easier” League One next season, believing less points will be needed to gain promotion. Despite amassing 82 points, Swindon were forced to settle for fifth place and the play-offs in the 2009/10 campaign, with a higher-than-normal total being achieved by the promoted sides - Norwich, Leeds and Millwall. Peterborough, Plymouth and Sheffield Wednesday all drop into League One from above, while Notts County, Bournemouth, Rochdale and Dagenham & Redbridge have come up into it, and Fitton believes it will be less competitive around the top end of the division. “I think it will be slightly easier and I’m less concerned than I was last year, if I’m honest,” he told the Advertiser. “We have got rid of two of the toughest teams in Norwich and Leeds, and I don’t see what is coming to replace them. “Southampton will be tough, but there are some teams who people expect to be up there who won’t be. “I’m not convinced by Huddersfield’s push, or Brighton’s push – even though they supposedly have a lot of money behind them now. “Sheffield Wednesday could go either way. Plymouth? I don’t think so, as they have some rebuilding to do. “And the clubs coming up from League Two won’t go straight through. I see it as a slightly easier league next year. “This season it was very competitive, with seven or eight teams all capable of getting in the top two, and that’s why the points tallies were so high. “Next year though I think it will be less teams competing for automatic promotion and less points needed.”

As we have four threads with the word KIT in the header then I have started something different for a change. Other than the left back from Brentford, who do you think will be the next signing. I'm going for KIT Symonds haha. I will go for Stock.
