I was working during the game and I managed to avoid any scores until I got home to watch it on record. Blimey that was painful! The problem? Its become rotten at the top and it’s making its way to the playing staff. The fix? Time to play a steady formation were the players don’t dive in and try to contain the opposition player.

Suicidal pressing! Ralph’s setting the players up to make sure you win the ball before the opposition get it. Check out the 3rd goal and that’s your problem. 6 players try to win it and then it played into space for Chelsea to counter and finish us off. Okay let’s supposing we did win the pressing, we only win it back and play sideways football which gives the opposition time to regroup. Why not let Chelsea have the ball but make sure defenders go with the runners while the nearest Saints player tries to win it back? iMHO I’m beginning to think that Ralph’s asst that left at the start of the season was the brains behind the team.

Won’t get a better manager in than Ralph so stick with him. Need to change the philosophy a bit as our suicidal pressing is exposing those behind them.

I wouldn’t want to get relegated but we need to either rebuild again by putting in some promising young players to gel the team or have a system that suits the current players.

Beating Spurs will be forgotten in a few months time, losing to the skates will be remembered till we ever meet them again. Might be never!

Reason why we lose so many games at home is because we over commit on the attack. Teams know how to break us down especially when it’s our corner. Away from home we are better because we are a little more cautious.

Replace them with Danny Ings and McCarthy.

Looked at the results from Pompey this season and it’s clear they are even more ****e than last season. Surely some of our squad players can roll this crap over?

I think the height Kane puts them does give a keeper a chance. MLT got it spot on as you put it bottom corner with power.

I don’t think it’s about bringing through a great group, more about bringing through a couple of superstars than can challenge for a first team place.

You get what you pay for. Haller for West Ham was purchased at 3 times more than Adams and IMHO will score three times more than Che.

The problem with a back four is you need a commanding centre back and a fast one. You also need a good covering defensive midfielder which we don’t have. He goes 5 sometimes because he knows how **** our back four are.
