On ignore it's much more bearable though and much easier to blank them out. Your point on moderation is a good one though, I'm an active poster on a number of forums and this is the only one I've ever used and ignore list for but then it is football and you only have to look around on a Saturday afternoon to realise that a lot of footy fans are the dregs of humanity.

Name a mid table side with a better squad?
-
a week squad that is in the top ten of one of the strongest leagues in the world? The squad isn't week it's more than adequate for a mid table prem team and is showing significant improvement from this time last year.

He head butted an important long standing and respected member of the team in a training session, the team didn't want him back so best for all he goes back to Italy. It's all about dressing room harmony you notice the team didn't get shot of him for scrapping on the touchline and getting a three game suspension that was the sort of stupidity I could put up with but messing up the team spirit can't happen no player is bigger than saints.

The January windows has been a massive let down for just about every club in the league so far, Ive not noticed a single signing where I thought we should be in for that. The only quality players moving about are going for crazy money to desperate teams. Our season is fizzling out into mid table nothingness so why waste the money on players now? Kepp the powder dry and let the kids build some game time while we plan some summer moves.

There are two simple solutions to this 1. Stick the muppets on your block list so you don't have to see there drivel. 2. Don't feed the Troll, the whole point in there existence is to provoke a reaction ignore them and like all simpletons they will get bored.

LOL nicely put. We might win the FA cup with a bit of luck both on the field and in the draw we won't finish top 4 becuase that requires consistency not luck!
-
slightly concerned about the lack of left back cover if Danny has gone, I know most people think he's rubbish but who else do we have? are we saying that the next in line from the youth team is ready?
-
That's a great move for him I hope he makes it.
-
Think his chance will come post Brazil unless Baines or Cole get a knock as I really don't see how Roy can look past those two. Shaw is going to be Englands next left back he just needs time i'm sure cole will quit international football after the summer and Shaw will be in the next squad after that. Would love to see him go to the world cup as proof to him that there isn't much he can't achieve as a Saints player!

Watched because they have an interest in them? ie they want to find out if they are worth pursuing further? I'm not convinced football clubs just send people to watch players they have no interest in would seem silly and how would you decide who to send where?

Please nobody quote these ramblings anymore Apline has just become the first person ever to make any of my forum block lists and this place will be much better for it.
-
perfect timing, what an idiot.

Feel sorry for Billy we never really gave him any sort of chance in the Prem and neither has anyone else it must be so frustrating for him to keep getting close and then not getting the opportunity. I'd like to see someone give him a chance when he's in form and happy just so he knows if he's up to the job or not. Solid pro decent bloke and I hope he settles back in at Donny and bangs in some goals.

I think your trying to do far too much in three weeks, once you ake out the travel time your going to hardly see anything attempting three countries! You could easily loose three weeks in Thailand things your really shouldn't miss are Bangkok itself the city is easily worth a couple of days the sights and sounds are like nothing else in Thailand. In the north Chiang Mai is fantastic much more laid back than Bangkok there is agreat monestry where you can have free tea and chat with a monk which was really interesting and a foot massage at the ladies prison makes a great story it is also a great base for some treking and other activities. Personally I'd then go North to Chiang Rai and the golden triangle as the scenary is amazing and it's a bit further of the beaten track but you will need anti malarials. Then it's down south to the Islands, by all means do the popular backpacker islands but make some time for a quieter more remote spot as it truly is paradise make time for lots of diving/snorkeling as it is some of the best in the world and definitely tick Ko Phi Phi off the bucket list. Leave Vietnam and Cambodia for anther trip as each is worthy of a few weeks.

Lescott if we can convince city to pick up half his wages as they have for others!
-
When was the last time we produced a top quality centre back, we had a few near misses at the end of our last spell in the prem but I can't remember one going on to great things in recent times?

But ACTUALLY means nothing of the sort, grow could be organically from within could be by massive investment could be somewhere in bettween (much more likely) stop reading things and twisting them to fit an agenda and just accept it for waht it is a statement of intent. She clearly doesn't plan an asset srtipping fire sale and run and is trying to stabalise the ship and dispel the rummours of impending doom what more do you want?

Post Match Reaction: Sunderland 2-2 SAINTS
a1ex2001 replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
Based on? Seriously wish everyone would just wait and see even if KL wants to sell she will know a healthy premier league side will fetch more cash if we desperately need a player I see no reason she wouldn't spend again as she has done consistently since inheriting the club. -

Good performance, unlucky not to thrash them. Decent result, most would have taken before kick off. Over reactions due to injuries and crap week. Move on nothing to see here. -
Cortese's son in the Academy? Is he any good?

Will he throw his toys out of the pram every time the person in charge tells him what to do? -
Analysis: Katharina Liebherr's ascent to the Southampton helm

A much more balanced appraisal than much of what the main stream press have written, your editor needs to do his job though and apply the fine polish to bring your writing fully up to publishing standards. -
Great article nice to see some sensible perspective put on the situation and someone stick their head up and point out the ridiculous sexism at play here, KL owns Southampton football club NC was her employee they decided they couldn't work together anymore he left a new chairman will come in and things will carry on hopefully in Red and White with the occasional nod to our past.

Almost a really good player with almost a really good attitude. Maybe if he sorted out the one the other wouldn't be a problem? Really didn't like the way he engineered his way out of the club, I can't blame him for wanting to go but he showed very very little class and respect, hope Stoke can afford to leave him rotting in the reserves until his contract is up.

Us several leagues above them looking down and us back with a tricky ownership situation which we suffered from for years before and after Lowe
