  1. all the England fans who do the dambusters stuff, thousands died with that raid. Sala has got them more points due to his tragedy than if he had played. Look at the deaths register in Southampton every week and you see more tragedy than this event, young kids who never have had a life pass away. It seems we all trip over ourselves to show people that we really are nice. The 2 fans made a misjudgement, Im sure they regret it now. I own up to singing the how many lived and how many doed song with hundreds of others when standing under the east stand by the \United fans, I see how bad that was now, but then I was young and stupid. I also recall songs sung to Ossie Ardiles about his cousin who died at the Falklands. It was 2 fans , the media just need a story and they don't care whose life they mess up. Sanitisation of society, is underway, 20-30 years time I do wonder that meat eaters will be picked out as being the ogres of society.
  2. Yeah and I read on here that Hoj should be first name on the teamsheet and then today apparently he was rubbish. Cardiff came and did a job on us, I didn't have a good feel about today as all the planets seemed to be lining up against us. We have made a simple job harder but we need to stick together . Cardiff have a united cause due to the tragic event, that will fade and they have now a lot of goodwill from the neutrals wanting them to stay up on the back of this.
  3. Accumilation of points over a period of time will get the job done. 3pts against Cardiff are the same as 3pts against Arsenal. Yes it is a terrible result but as I feel confident that over 12 games I fully expect to get more points than Cardiff in that period. If we don't then we deserve to go down.
  4. exactly
  5. Probably ****s on here were going to blame him, people sit in the background waiting to have a pop at him again once things are not going right
  6. have you got a mirror in your house? Take Redmond off and play with 10 men lol
  7. Burnley were never going to go down, Brighton slipping into our mire might be a good thing
  8. I think this thread sums up what a poor lot of fans we are.
  9. I am trying to come to terms with thinking over a 12 game period are we going to get 1 or more points than Cardiff. Whilst today loses me some confidence in that, but I still think we will. Finishing 8th under Puel wasnt so bad was it lol. The little bits I here from the club tell me we have no money and tbudgets are being cut left right and centre. 'Trust in Les' leaving us wit Forster 80k pw CA 60-70kPw Boufal 50K Pw Eli 40K pw Carillo 40k pw etc etc etc thats where our transfer kitty is
  10. It is sad but Sala has earned them more points than if he had played
  11. People voted to take back control of our laws, our borders and our money. Whether it was one, or all of those things that persuaded somebody to vote to leave the EU, is up to them. But nothing could be more pointless than arguing about the semantics of the debate which concluded well over two years ago with the referendum result, when we are now under 50 days away from leaving, with or without a deal.Wes I dont think they did. I think that most didnt really have much knowledge of what it entailed. They were too interested in Celebrity Love island and EastEnders to research. The 350m to the NHS, the Africans being washed up on the beaches of Italy where it seemed it would never end (on BBC news every night leading up to the vote, then not at all after the referendum the reports stopped) Taking back control of our borders means passport booths and the extra time getting to and from Europe, how can that be good? I remember when we had border control pre the open ones and we were getting loads of illegal immigrants then. The leavers have done untol damage to our nation, which is the irony as they thought they were saving it.
  12. so that means there will be a minutes silence etc etc. All gives a depressing feel to a game.
  13. Probably my bad wording, more likely to wave the Union Jack, I suppose
  14. That is the irony of all this, people who voted out are I believe more patriotic and nationalist, but their vote is what is going to tear apart what they worship
  15. Apparently the news are reporting that over a trillion has left the UK in the last 6months!! The damage this is doing to our nation due to Brexit. It seems that for our financial services to get a licence to trade in the Eu have to transfer their assets there. Frankfurt is stripping us bare. What a death by a 1000 cuts. Self harm of a nation
  16. You dont think that Liverpool for generations haven't had millions put in to put them where they are? The same goes for all the top clubs. Year on year they have spent more than all the others and so they have grown stronger. None of theirs has been jumpers for goalposts either. I dont know how long you have been watching football but in the 50+ years Ive devoted my spare tine to the game I have seen the gap get bigger and bigger

If I saw a crime committed and am asked to describe the assailant do I say he was wearing a coat or a white coat to help find the perpetrator. Surely we are programmed to notice the main things that would help to narrow the suspect down. We notice tall/short/ skin colour/ fat/thin/ hair tone etc etc. Is that racism??
  18. Shurlock you seem really well up on the whole ins and outs of the laws/terms treaties etc. What is your profession to be so well up on this? You certainly have a great wealth of knowledge and memory to instantly have the more finer details to hand. I readily admit I know very little and just make my judgement on the finest slither of info.
  19. I was about to take you seriously lol
  20. Tusk and the other Belgians outbursts about Brexitters and hell is hardly the most diplomatic of language. Are cracks appearing or are they just showing what they really are. Iam sure they are as exasperated as Iam with the result but it hardly helps. The deal is being held up by the Irish backstop, surely there must be a set of words/terms that can be conjured up to ease those concerns. Sadly the damage to Britain is basically done whether we go back in or flop out we will not be as strong as we were before the referendum. I wonder if we go out with no deal and that is the will of the democratic decision whether my fellow remainers will just get on with things or will some go out on the streets and riot and cause damage etc??
  21. I get the impression that 95% of neutrals dont want Liverpool to win the league. Most have have big time Charlie Scoucers who we know who like dishing the insults but get all precious when you reply. Will love to see McManaman and co seeing them lose the title.
  22. I was quite calm about our chances of survival until this morning when I looked at our and Cardiffs fixtures. Saturdays game really is a must win if we lost then I cant see us coming back again, especially as Ings is out for a few weeks when we have some winnable games. If we win I can calm again but it seems we have quite a period of a winnable game followed by a mountain to climb. I feel their run in is softer than ours
  23. I bet the agents are distancing themselves from the booking of the flight, McKays son might be getting a private prosecution coming his way as he actually mentioned about being involved in it
  24. He still voted to go out and is exactly the same as affecting the lives of your life and childrens future, the same as GM and Wes, but the thought of going on his boat soon stopped you accusing his wife of blowing the gardener. Hypocrite springs to mind. Im sure it was a lovely Rotary Ball having a 3 hour conversation about the rights and wrongs of Brexit he must have had a cracking evening
