From what I know it is costing us each time he plays but not enough to make that the reason to leave him out.
-
OK just testing
-
I got stuck on page 1. Thought it was all a bit tacky

Phil, Eric, Bullfrogs. All lead to you being one person. Phil you have met, Eric your wife works for (if she still does?) and Bullfrogs you have drunk
-
I doubt it is Crouch or McMenemy.

I know who rebel is and no. As I have said Nick does not post on here.
-
I have heard this from 2 totally unconnected but respected sources none of which come from the dressing room (the players would be unaware of such matters). I am prepared to believe it is true. Concrete evidence is not possible unless it is announced as a trading update when the accounts are finally released. I would encourage such statement to clear this matter up.

Long Shot IS NOT Nick Illingsworth. I know Nick and he is not a poster on TSW. You are wide of the mark WSS and it is unfair on Nick to suggest otherwise. Exit2 has already confirmed it is not Nick on another thread.

Eh! did you not read my post. The referee showed him a yellow and then red. It was shown on SkySportsNews.
-
I can answer was it a straight red or not. When he commited the foul the referee ran to him showwed a yellow card and then a red as it was his second bookable offence. Lucky not to get a straight red but so was Watford's keeper on Saturday.

No one has said it was contractural. It was a promise made in close season. I expect him to be back in the starting line up on Saturday. As for the game last night, a very good result. One continuing worry though. Many of our games we have been very good in the first half but outplayed in the second when the opposing Manager has changed tactics. JP has to recognise this and have a game plan to nullify/counter such changes. Hopefully that will come with experience.
-
OK this is the team and formation I think Lowe (whoops sorry JP) will go with at the start at Swansea ----------Davis------------ Cork--Perry--Wotton--Skacel ---------Gillet-------------- McGoldrick--Surman--Mills ------------Lallana--------------- -----Robinson-------------------- I think he will continue with Mills in midfield as he is more likely to track back and assist Rudi that Rudi tracking back. Also Rudi is more experienced in reading the game at the back.
-
OK he is in so now he has to prove he is worth selection. Good luck to him. I hope he has a stormer for the teams sake.
-
No idea, have not spoken to him.
-
I think you meant Hearts not Hibs WC. On Saturday Skacel sat in the players lounge with a could not care less attitute. Some of the younger first team players are unhappy with his attitude. He may feel hard done by but he is not helping himself.
-
Likely to be small holdings who are Saints supporters and do not wish to sell or Wilde, Crouch, Lowe Group and supporters. Will the price go up? Depends on future investment plans. Will the price go down? Depends on whether we slip into Administration. The share price is not much affected by the wider market. I suspect it will bounce along with a max 5p move in either direction until something major happens. I suspect we are in a "HOLD" situation at present.

I spoke to a friend on Friday to see it it was him who purchased the 35,000 shares last Monday as he said he was going to. He said he tried to get £10,000 worth but was told by his stock broker that there were non spare in the market unless he was prepared to pay over the odds. He did not follow it up bt clearly someone did at a premiun rate. So it could be lack of avaialbility is the reason.

I think we need to make it clear the Andrew aka Scooby is NOT Andrew Cowen a Director of SLHplc

Are those who could invest the biggest traitors?
Weston Saint replied to Snowballs2's topic in The Saints
Why not say the likes of Skacel and our other overpaid players are to blame for not tearing up their contracts or taking a big pay cut!!!!!!. Snowballs2, I know it was a question from you but I am suprised someone like you with your business background would suggest such a thing -
I heard about the increased overdraft and Barclays concern the week after the Doncaster game by a good source and have since had it confirmed from a totally separate source this week. Nothing new though, we knew the falling gates and the inability to sell any more of our high earners would result in a bigger losses. £2m in 3mths is worrying and just not sustainable.
-
Not a chance. I wold expect the going rate is about £150,000 per year for a COE in the Championship. It is said he only works 2 days a week for Saints officially as that is all the club can afford so about £60,000 per year is my guess. Bet I am not far out.

Letting SAGA/DAVIES GO! Is it our biggest mistake?
Weston Saint replied to SOTONS EAST SIDE's topic in The Saints
No we cannot, that is why we are going deeper into debt. -
My informed but equally arguable opinion
