Fair play, good to see the fans are turning

I’m still convinced something happened behind the scenes between that West Ham game midweek, and Villa away on the weekend. Things seemed to be going ok and our form absolutely nose dived off a cliff and never recovered. The club has mostly been in free fall ever since.

Why are people saying he never should have been sacked? He had an awful end to the season after we beat West Ham in the cup in the 21/22 season and should have been sacked that summer. Then we started the following season equally shite and kept him far too long to save ourselves, particularly by bringing in Jones.

PNE have had some mixed results this season but have taken points from some decent sides and showed a lot of character at Sheff Utd last night to come back from 2-0 down and win. They will bully us across the park and likely easily win 0-3 or 1-3. I suspect this might be the turning point for the St Mary’s faithful and we finally find our voice of dissent.

No manager comes back from the fans turning against you so it’s just a matter of time. The question is whether SR pull the plug before it’s too late to salvage anything this season.

Still find it hard to fathom that Chief Laptop Wanker Spors looked at his 12 goals in the German second division last season and thought this kid is answer to our goal scoring prayers. Even worse when Still claimed he didn’t want to sign another striker.

Well if that truly were the case and he’s covering up for Spors or the board then he’s an absolute coward. You can’t be expected to challenge for promotion and not ask for the right tools to complete the job. It’s an utter farce if he looked at our striker options when he came here and thought that’s good enough for me.

If the wing backs are given the freedom to get up top I’m happy with that and glad to see Manning dropped. If however the defence aren’t to pass the halfway line then it’s an utter shambles and Still needs to get tae fuck as the rangers fans would say.

Mental isn’t it, MK Dons, Swansea, Southampton, Rangers. On paper you’d look at that and say he’s obviously done a good job and got himself head hunted to move up a level each time, how deceiving. Someone will come in for him again though I’m sure, perhaps another rebuild project at Championship level where his record is ok. Perhaps someone like Burnley when they come down again next season.

I thought Carrillo or Mara were the worst strikers I’d seen pull on a Saints shirt in recent years, but this lad is another level of shite. Kinda feel bad for him because he probably jumped at the chance to join us, and is clearly not up this level.
