Good luck to him. Decent Champ midfielder, but not good enough for ambitions beyond that. Nice guy, good pro, academy lad who made it to the pro game. Hope he does well with Millwall - thanks for lifting the roof off St Mary's in the playoff

Amen to that.

I'm no fan of Liverpool, but:

- They have sold a lot this summer (around £200m with future fee also guaranteed for Elliott)

- Their striker did die

- They spent fuck all last summer and won the league - that will bring in big money

oh, yes I get that.

Just funny as for years their holier than thou fans would heavily criticise other teams for spending big (or their ability to spend big)

Could you imagine Trafford didn’t go to City (who have now bagged Gigi Donnaruma) and instead went to Newcastle?

I wonder if we'd have kept Rambo, or if his wages would've proven too much.

sliding doors. If we had kept him, I wonder if we would have been able to afford the Jelert loan etc.

Yeah, I think the wage bill would've been too high due to his wages for us to bring in needed improvements across the squad.

We werent keeping Ramsdale. With a WC next year he was determined to move. Would have ended up at another PL team

I wonder if Rambo doesn't get any game time at all behind Pope, if he might ask to be released from the loan. He definitely won't have any chance at England if he's not playing...

Just odd that he went somewhere where he won't play. His England chances wouldn't have been any less playing for us. Strange move.

By the way, how much of a spotlight has been shone on Isak's behaviour by the media (mainly SSN) and lambasted?

Compare that to VvD's behaviour, or Schneiderlin's social media post...

... did they get lampooned by the media in the same way?

SSN acting as if player power has spiralled out of control. If they'd been paying attention, they'd have seen it has been an issue for quite a while.

How has Leo the cat reacted to the signing of Leo?

Is he still on the cat tree? Is he asleep in one of his many places? Is he waiting for a late treat of some description?
