macca155 Posted yesterday at 06:38 Posted yesterday at 06:38 If our team can't dispatch a promoted side, that won't have had chance to fully integrate new players, then it really is going to be a long season. They just need to blot out all the noise before hand. As long as they absorb the inevitable early pressure, then Downes, Fernandes, and Charles should be able to take control of the midfield. Even without any additional signings, Dibling, Robinson, Edizie, Armstrong, and Stewart, in any combination, will keep their defence occupied. We all need to have a bit more faith. 10

My head agrees with all of this and if I hadn't watched the 24/25 season I would be totally on board with it. Scar tissue everywhere these days. 4
2Morrow Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago Wrexham need 11 new players to compete at this level, opening day is absolutely the best time to play them. They are not Birmingham, who won the league at a canter like Ipswichs squad did, they are coming up at the level of Plymouth, Rotherham, Pompey, Derby, Oxford. Solid squad of upper L1 players that can dig in and get a solid amount of points, but we should be seeing this as a way to ease our way into the season and get points on the board. 1

Ipswich came second, just like Wrexham.
