Things were a lot simpler when paper tickets were sold in person at the club booking office. Ok you had to go there and queue but online applications for electronic tickets is the stuff of nightmares. New technology is not always best. Just my opinion and many will disagree.

How, in 2026, is it such a bloody shambles trying to buy tickets online? No matter the event, it's a complete shit show. Spent over an hour this morning since 9:30 getting semi final tickets. The system is flawed.

All of Level 1 and almost all Level 2 tickets now sold

Plenty of Level 5 tickets still available, and they haven’t made half that level available yet.

I think there's more level 2 to go on sale as well, they've sold the £150 premium level 2 but not put the £120 standard level 2 on yet which is club Wembley level more behind the goal

This is what happened to me, had to go back in 3 times before I was able to allocate tickets to everyone . Bloody shambles, lost some decent tickets each time as the options got worse & worse. Stressed me out because I was getting tickets for 7 others and I’m trying to second guess where they wanted ticket. The initial basket was in the section we had agreed, but by the time all the F&F weren’t greyed out, that option had gone.
 

I’ve now got to explain to a couple of the dinosaurs that have a physical ST how to get their tickets. FFS, that’s going to be fun….

Same as it was for any away game, go in, select seats, go to the allocation screen and allocate seats to supporters numbers. Had one extra to add so just used the "add new supporter" button in that checkout flow and jobs a gud un.

As far as i saw the whole thing was identical to every single other away game i've done and a million times better than the god awful booking system for the play offs that was run by ticketmaster

There's no point joining the queue and/or logging in before the 09:30 window opens as I'll only have to log out and back in again, because it won't recognise the new eligibility criteria for anyone already logged in before 09:30...?

Is that correct?

I am a season ticket holder with 0 aways, so my window started at 9:30 this morning.

I joined the queue just after 9:20, got to the front and was let on to the site about 9:40, and then was checked out and complete with no issues at 9:45.

Though thinking back, I wasn't already logged in.  When I got to the front of the queue and was let on to the site I then had to log in.  Might be relevant, might not.

That makes sense then. If you're logged in (which I was), my f&f parameters were passed through as ineligible before 0930, because they were when I joined the queue at 0928. When I closed the tab and clicked 'Book Now' again at 0935, of course the parameters were passed through as eligible. 

So if you remain logged out when you join, there is nothing to pass and it'll do the check once you have selected tickets. So yes, join early and remain logged out, boom, job done.

Not sure its as straight forward as this? If you aren't logged in then you won't be eligible to join the queue?

Sometimes you just want a physical copy so you know you've got it without worrying about electronic cock ups.

It says on the club website that you can Transfer tickets . It doesn't state that it has to be to other season ticket holders , it just say you must not sell them.

I did the same..ordered Sunday night a yellow training top...has just updated as saying yodel have it eta Friday if that helps!
