I dont think tickets are free  , it is coach travel thats free (id rather not go on the bingo bus to be honest)

Nice to have  a massive away allocation,  shame it's miles away with a lunchtime kick off. 

I reckon lots will buy on the off chance there's something to play for but might not bother going if it's all decided by then

To be honest, it's a shame it's not the ticket that's free. It would cost Saints less money and doesn't exclude those who would rather walk than get the bingo bus.

Wouldn't be surprised if a bunch of people buy tickets with no intention of going and thinking it'll jump them up the queue for semi final tickets, but they'll be disappointed to learn that those tickets won't count as they only count once the game has been played

Can’t see that myself, if that was the intention then it would just be cheaper to buy the current half-priced membership which will almost certainly guarantee you a semi-final ticket.

We had a huge allocation for Sheffield Wednesday, that seemed to attract a lot of weirdos. With a special shout out to the couple on the end of my row who set up a picnic and had to repack / unpack every time someone wanted to get in or out, with much indignation.

Was n’t anything you’d done, they went to ‘unavailable’ last night, must have sold remainder in that section and had to wait until this morning when they released the next block.

I bought some earlier and they were selling well. Once this block is sold out there’s just a small block on the end to go.

Currently Block Q is on sale, with a small no of tickets on Block L made available today 

End blocks Block K and R, have not yet been made available approx 800 seats

So far around 4,500 tickets sold

Those block L ones look like some which were held back for whatever reason the way they're grouped together so it's good the club managed to get them back on sale.

A family next to me in the chapel a couple of seasons ago got out a cheeseboard at one game. I not long after this, moved my season ticket.

Im planning on getting a takeaway curry into block 43. I've got fish and chips and chips and sausage in last season a few times but chips shop in st Mary's street closed. Also bring own pizza sometime cut in sandwich bag as the pizza at Saints is too expensive and terrible.

I think last block is now on sale 

Agree lots won't,  there's a few who have already booked and paid for travel who will go, I know some are staying over in Blackpool,  but will be half empty if nothing to play for

I think the other small one on the other side hasn't gone on sale yet either. Unless anyone on here can confirm they're in block K?

Win tomorrow and I reckon we'll find out anyway as loads more will go throughout the week.

I think people just also have in mind..

1. It's a good game to go to - with the bonus of potentially something riding on it
2. New ground probably for plenty (2 years go it was midweek)
3. Last game of the season
4. Players deserve a big following after the 2nd half the season.

A few will sack it off if there’s nothing to play for but not many. 
 

Not many are going to shell out on ticket, train, possible hotel etc then not bother with the game because we might finish 3rd or 4th.

Exactly that. I originally bought mine with a view to auto promotion chances, even though it was a long shot when I bought. Since then it’s become a little more likely, but I also thought I’m going to go regardless as it’ll be a great day with 5k of us packed in behind the goal, plus the players bloody well deserve a huge backing as mentioned, with what they’ve done since January. Also, there’s  a big chance there will be something on it, even if it’s just securing 3rd or 4th with a win or a point. Can’t wait.

14 years ago today I made the long trek to Middlesbrough hoping to see us secure automatic promotion. We lost 1-2 and had to wait a week until the final day of the season against Coventry. 
Whilst I don’t want to lose any matches between now and the Preston game it would be great if it all came down to the last match again.
