Evening Saints fans!!! 🙂

 

What does everyone like when you go somewhere classy?

I quite like:

- Negroni

- Dirty martini (gin or vodka, 4:1, 1 olive brine) [got to be cold as Gibbo]

- Champagne, of course

- Sancerre 

- Sauternes 

- Tokaji 

- Skin contact ribolla giala (lovely Slovenian orange/pink wine)

- Azul

- Lagavulin / Laphraoig 

- Blantons single barrel

Don’t do classy often, more likely to find one of the good local pubs serving real ale or a high quality craft beer.

Mind you, our Cotswolds rose garden goes pretty nicely with a floral pale ale.

Blackcurrant and lemonade, Cola with a shot of blackcurrant, J2O, but hopefully there will be Dandelion and Burdock.
