Holmes_and_Watson Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago I read a beeb article that said they had come up with a sales brochure that only mentioned the good things. So, lots on the PL win and probably their hotel and training complex. But nothing about their massive debt, already having mortgaged their future, their current league position or facing RussBall for a while. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/ce3qp0yy0j9o

Disco Stu Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Interesting that 80% of Premier League Southampton cost Sport Republic just £100m yet League 1 Leicester value themselves at £200m. I won't pretend to understand the intricacies of how clubs are valuated but either their asking price is extortionate or ours was dirt cheap. 1
Cuddles Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago The owners have watched 90 minutes of Russball and thrown the towel in. 3
CSA96 Posted 31 minutes ago Posted 31 minutes ago Aren't they still £103m in debt? £303m for a League One club without debt is a huge commitment... I don't really see why anyone would try to complete a deal before it returns to being a Championship club and bringing the debt down some more
