M271 Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Is there anywhere where the club notify in advance when the pre-game press conference is to take place? Every game I search around on which platform or day/time it is going to take place and often miss it live. 1

Expect the team will be travelling north today so you’d think the presser will be before lunchtime. You can set up X and YouTube to notify you when they start. 1

Its good that they support their club, but if the $400m lawsuit against Reynolds et al is successful i wonder how long they'll keep their toy! Im just glad we have Dragan as chairman - so much more class on and off the field!! he's literally minted having sold Mint Mobile to T-Mobile, Aviation Gin to Diageo, his marketing agency etc. on top of the film earnings. It would hurt but he'd trade his way out of it. I think Wrexham are in trouble this season mind you - feels like manager and players need a shake up

BARCELONASAINT Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Remember Wrexham was the club where Micky Thomas laundered counterfeit money through the club’s trainees before being sent down for 18 months Hardly a club to boast about honesty!

Suspect, like me, the answer for most people is almost certainly, no. 3

Not worth getting upset about it. It will mostly be forgotten about by next season, especially if we get promoted this year. Will just become one those entertaining / infamous stories that pundits retell about football. For us fans at least, i think it will create a bit of spice to the Middlesbrough games for a few years to come - something they may come to regret as they got everything they could reasonably have wanted out of their national media campaign against us. 3

Lets be honest, we'll be lining up with JWP, Downes, and Azaz - with Jander and Bragg both available to come in in the middle. Thats a very decent set of options in midfield. Schlotterbeck as well as the back is going to be no nonsense. Reckon we'll win the derby fairly comfortably this year. 4
AlexLaw76 Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Tonda, Presser I have seen the Wrexham video. Does not change anything. The whole situation is not funny for me but there we are The group are focused and a video like that does not change anything The last time we played them was in a busy week. The game at theirs was probably a lot closer than the scoreline suggest We must focus and put everything into the game in hand. Get the game done and move onto the next one A couple times this season we have let the opposition back into the game, but we have recovered well However, would rather not be in that position of letting them back in the game Wrexham have invested a lot in their pitch and should give both sides a chance to play quick football We must make sure we put points on the board Wrexham have been a lot better than the results have showed, particularly away to Birmingham They were very good in the 2nd half against Burnley Even at West Ham, there were moments where they should have equalised, then a game has a different dynamic if they do They probably deserve a couple more points than what they have, it will be a very tough game Pressure on us, we have the expectation, both inside and outside of the group. We must embrace it We play for 3 points, so you must ask me after the game if staying undefeated in the run is good or not 5

beatlesaint Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Casper Jander is turning into this seasons Ross Stewart only this time it’s “one more week” 😂 1 5
Ted Bates Statue Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago If we obliterate them (and that's far from certain, given Parky's under so much pressure) I predict a follow-up video where those two Yanks reverse back into the undergrowth like Homer Simpson. They've got the scenery now, so they might as well milk it. 1 2
LaptopSaint Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago You can stick your documentary up your etc and so on 1
Jack Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago 7 minutes ago, LaptopSaint said: You can stick your documentary up your etc and so on Rather shoehorned isn’t it, too many syllables. It’ll probably get aired though because of the lack of alternatives due to the ridiculous choice of away kit this season. Can’t sing about reds being at Wrexham, and the word blue won’t be getting mentioned. Club needs to bin the blue kits for good IMO
Willo of Whiteley Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Anything less than a 6-0 win will be very disappointing. We’ll be up for it, but so will they. A team looking to get their season going, I felt when we played them the tail end last season they were burning out - will be interesting to see how they set up this time.

Looked very good indeed. They have had some pretty tough fixtures since with West Ham Millwall and Swansea away. Having stuffed them last season, I'd be surprised if we did it again. A point away from home won't be the worst result. 4
Charlie Wayman Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago (edited) Exchanges between Ecket and Blackmore seem to be getting ever more tense as the weeks go by. For me it makes for very uncomfortable viewing. It's part of your job Mr Eckert to deal with the press every week so try to malke a better fist of it. Hanging poor old Adam out to dry all the time, though he clearly annoys the S out of most of us is not really playing the game. Blackmore's only doing his job as well. Play the question not the man!
