Also was Bolton manager when Sam left for a short time which went terribly. Thankfully disastrous short term stints of Premier League management never get brought up by the learned members of this forum.

If you're talking about the Guardian then you really haven't got a clue. The slightest venture onto their comments section shows how the Corbynista lunatics perceive the Guardian, and in fairness they're right, there's hardly anyone on the paper supportive of him at all.
-
How the hell that is supposed to be patronising to us is beyond me. This chip on shoulder persecution complex makes you look far more small time that anything that journalist has written. Infamy, infamy.
-
Thanks Charlie. Not seen that. There have, however, been other reports about us trying for another attacker. Plus Koeman spent his first summer he didn't need any more defenders and then we signed Toby on deadline day and similarly Mane signing came out of absolutely nowhere.
-
Where is this fact from Charlie?

Moyes to take over and finish above Everton.

Why would any sane human being think of it that way?

Saints announce Virgin Media as new main club sponsor

Do they? -
Why can't bumbling useless Les Reed ever persuade any player ever to stay ever.
-
So you bought four then. Well done on sticking it to the man.
-
Well, personally I think your plan is simply brilliant.
-
How many, in your fury of disgust, did you manage to cart over to the checkout?

How on earth could West Ham know Austin's wage demands? Why was Redmond chosing between Stoke and us then? Leicester definitely bid for Pelle at the time. Sorry, as usual you're full of it. Any chance you can come up with someone we've lost out to to Palace or Stoke then? Anyone?
-
WHU spent some time moaning about Charlie Austin's wage demands. He then signed for us. Leicester were in for Pelle, he signed for us. Cedric. Redmond. So that's four players off the bat. For something that "has been pointed out many times" who are all these players that we've lost out to to the likes of Stoke and Palace?

How do we create an environment where players want to stay?
CB Fry replied to eddie's topic in The Saints
Well we've sold a heck of a lot of players in the last three summers and it's not been mentioned once. Maybe we don't have them. The Juanmi one is a red herring - they've all got stupid ones over there, think it might be standard practice. -
Not sure where that rant has come from, but personally I have given the Italian plenty of praise in the past and have said repeatedly that Cortese was a truly excellent chairman in the lower divisions.

Did they have release clauses imposed on them then? Poor Leicester, I hope that never happens to us. -
In other news, the Easter Bunny isn't real.
-
I apologise. I'll rephrase. You're not much more than a pri ck.
-
You said it was "Not much more than a form letter" which is basically calling it a form letter, so not sure what you're umming about. It doesn't read like that at all anyway, just a nice couple of lines you've decided to be a pri ck about.
-
That doesn't read like a "form letter" at all, unless you're stupid enough to really believe that Manchester United Football Club have a template for "letter for parents who suffered a terrible loss and then subsequently had another child". (Most of) This thread is pathetic. Fair play Luke Shaw.

The plain red ones with the gold on where you couldn't read the sponsors name (their money down the toilet, cheers) or see the badge? Nothing "bad" about that design? Okay then. And the pin stripe Nottingham Forest 1992 throwback shirts where our genius chairman gave us an away kit we couldn't actually wear for any away matches and we ended up wearing it once? Nothing "bad" about that design oh no. And, of course, both kits were utter dogsh it.

This is the Franz Ferdinand moment that kicks off World War Three. Take me out.
-
I've heard they're planning a protest. Maybe you could advise them on what face you need to pull when you hotfoot it down to the club shop to definitely buy one anyway.

Quite a nice shirt. For Ipswich Town.
