  1. basically what i was saying yesterday.... if the football league thought they had a strong enough case they would have acted today, they havnt got a case so they are dragging it out to make it look like they are investigating. there is no case to answer,we wont be getting the 10 point deduction the football league are too lightweight to enforce anything against us.....they know it and so do the club. going back to the original post,we do deserve the points as we have conned the league with a loophole, but this sort of sh1te goes on all the time in the legal world, criminals walk free all on a daily basis because of a loophole or technicality....... so **** the rest of the league, they are just p1ssed off cos they never thought of it.
  2. euell didnt score many when he was being paid the full whack so he aint got a hope now that we aint paying him much.

  4. the football league are in a no win situation, imo we have a watertight case for not getting the 10 point deduction,if it went to court we would get a result but the league would then be inundated with legal action from the likes of leeds, bornemouth etc etc.
  5. Any point deduction won't come into effect until next season so until the fat lady sings and all that.
  6. Souness did a decent job when he moved upstairs at rangers but I think there are bigger and better fish waiting to take control.
  7. was it pulis giving some of his wages back?
  8. lallana has been rubbish all season, too easily knocked off of the ball, weak in going forward, poor in tracking back and he doesnt really contribute anything.undoubtedly the boy has skill but is that any good to us in this situation? ball juggling, fancy little flicks and stepovers aint going to get us out of the sh1te......all of his tricks would be good if he scored a few or even setup a couple, like le tissier used to do but tricks and flicks that lead to nothing count for nothing. at the moment he aint worth a w@nk,shame we didnt cash in last summer.
  9. the truth is i would put nothing in......i have in my 42 years contributed more than enough,i have paid to watch thousands of games home and away,a couple of trips to europe,a few grand on merchandise,a paving stone, refreshments for me and the kids, the list could go on and on..........its about time they learned to stand on their own two feet.
  10. ****** in the matchday program? will there be refreshments for sale? has the brewery refused to sub us any beer? will flybe and umbro scuttle off like rats? will notts county repo McG?
  11. probably because barclays didnt want to leave us too much in the sh1t.....basically giving us a leaving present. also they cant be seen to be destroying a football club (or contributing) as they sponsor the prem, they want to come out of this smelling of roses.
  12. 'the fa says any possible 10 point deduction penalty on saints if they go into admin will not come into effect until next season' according to the daily mail. relegated or not,we will be fooked if we cant dodge the points.
  13. i am hearing from the grapevine that we only just covered the wages last month...... i hope we can scrape a few quid together this month or we will be watching the trainees against forest.
  14. i am hearing that barclays have been given strong indications from the fa that we are likely to avoid the 10 point hit. i cant make up my mind if this is a good or bad thing??
  15. then i would imagine that leeds, luton, bournemouth etc etc will try and take action against them,i know i would if i was involved with one of those clubs as it is a bit of a p1ss take. dont get me wrong,i hope we can bend the rules and avoid the 10 points but by doing so we will become the most unpopular club in the country, especially by the above mentioned clubs and any other clubs that are sailing close to the wind with the finances.
  16. stadium debt to be taken on by the council and club is being bought by A.N.OTHER.......this is a good day for SFC mark my words ;-)
  17. thats a shame ,he was doing so well for us as well. does anybody know exactly what he even looks like, cos i aint got a fookin clue?
  18. the powers that be (lowe, wilde, barclays or any other ****er that is involved) must think we have a fair chance of surviving or they would have taken the plunge.....only a guess.
  19. the saints we grew up with in the 70's/80's (for me anyway) no longer exists, the players the history, the cup runs, the cup finals, the dell and the good times are no longer with us. the times of not knowing or caring who the chairmen or directors were, worrying about transfer windows or takeovers have long gone. the premiership seems a lifetime ago and a world away,we have gone from a nice friendly family club to a twisted, disfunctional **** up of a club in just a few years, people are sick of the circus that is SFC,the fighting, the money worries, the sh1t football the false hopes and promises have all taken its toll on the fans and the community, the wounds of failure are still wide open and bleeding, nobody at the club has the ability to heal the wounds and the scars will be long lasting. the fans have had a gut full, the passion is just not there anymore, the only thing that remains constant is the red and white shirt, everything else is just a pale shadow of what made this club great.
  20. mattys brothers were reportedly better than him but they got homesick and returned home. im just glad that one of them stayed.
  21. if you paid enough you could probably get a game against charlton.......and they would delay the kick off if you were running a bit late.
  22. didnt leeds do this a few years ago when their troubles started? they missed payments on transfer deals but i cant remember what their punishment was?
  23. i would say bridgey ??
  24. i asked the question to the club via email a few weeks ago and the reply basically was that until the club comes to an agreement with both of them (i would imagine paying up contracts etc) nothing can be discussed. they did say that they would get back to me as soon as this had been sorted but im not holding my breath.
  25. we might still be in the same position in the league but our points per game has improved. under JP we were averaging 0.9 points per game under Wotte we are averaging just under 1.2,if this trend continues we will gain another 8 points which should be enough to survive. our problem is that our results are pretty much being matched by the other relegation threatened teams around us.....we are all fighting for our lives,we just need a bit of luck to leapfrog a couple of them.
