  1. Southampton itself is still a bit sparse for food really. Simon's @ Oxfords is nice enough as is the Pig in the wall opposite the Grand Harbour.
  2. Agreed, thought he (Long) was good last night, got around, caused problems, some good passing and hassling attributes. Just a couple of final ball issues and a couple of instances of needing to pass more quickly when a player was in space. He will do well here, could see them all gelling in the second half!
  3. Very good in defence and decent when going forwards, but the opposition weren't up to much - he'll be a decent left back though!
  4. And a bloody good bollocking it obviously was then! Well done the Koeman!
  5. Just a thought, but why would we be playing a player for 45 minutes who was off and waving goodbye? I might be wrong, but these matches are great when in the situation we are in now, where we need new players to get to know each other and gel on a pitch. Playing a player who is off would seem retarded.
  6. Watch both?? I had MK Dons on the TV over the top of my laptop - obviously headphones on the laptop!
  7. Agree with that, you never know, it may have helped Pelle push on and score, hearing the fact he was being supported and obviously doing well. Well done the Saints fans tonight!!
  8. Ah good! Well, Taider
  9. Good for him! Shame it means it's his last season with Saints though ...
  10. Agreed. Not that I care, but they'll win f**k all with him in that role ... They could actually do with Mo..........
  11. Loads of people saying play Taider But has anyone seen him play??
  12. As long as the fanny continues to look loose in defence.
  13. A bit more, yes - although on the basis of what you're saying, I'd give him 45 mins in tomorrow's match?
  14. I hear Liverpool want to offload Lovren. Maybe we should get him ...
  15. @MirrorFootball 9m 3-0 and it's fair to say Brendan Rodgers isn't Lovren this defending http://
  16. He's not match ready, so drop him from matches. Sorry, I don't get that.
  17. Nor the blue shirt he headed to?
  18. He looks properly shaken and stressed. Bloody hilarious.
  19. Please reword to; "FWIW, I think all political parties are out of touch with their voters"
  20. I'd go with that! Morgan's two performances have been well below his usual standard, although that could just be that he's 2 or 3 weeks behind everyone else in terms of match practise as he had no pre-season.
  21. Sh*t. Dull, boring. Back in the pub.
