For masochists only..

I took it more in the spirit of the famous cartoon from WWI by Bairnsfather: "if you knows of a better 'ole, go to it"

Yes, will Slattery be there..?
-
That's because he couldn't have the crowd vetted. Anyway, just had a brief look at the thread and my opinion is that I couldn't possibly comment on the OP without being rude. He's quite sad really, and rather worrying at the same time.

Also could both Foreva and Always put a sock in it.

I got some comments from our supporters at the game today, in a PO area, who know I'm a Saints fan. I gave them a few hand gestures - 4x2 and a single one! I pointed out that I'd worked harder supporting the team than any effort the players had put in...

I deserve a medal. On the train home and I stayed until the final whistle.. I've supported Saints 50+ years and aaaaaargghhh!

Work? Curse of the drinking classes. I'm ensconced in a nearby pub taking on the requisite anaesthetic..
-
That was a good save. What I also lilked was how quickly he was up and on his feet again - looking a lot sharper.

Yep, cheers!

Other than Boufal I can't see anybody else coming in who'd make the difference, and I don't think he's a 90 minute player. But if he's to come on a bit earlier this time, surely? Let's hope the idea is to keep it tight (wince) and then counter later on with fresh legs. We need Moussa back, and I think at least Danso has the basic speed to which you can add experience. As we know with Vestergaard the opposite way doesn't work; nothing will speed him up and he doesn't even have the yard in his head that some experienced players have. I'm not optimistic but, gawd, some of you like to wallow in gloom.

Isn't that game tomorrow?
-
I think I should remind you that nobody else takes anything Heisenberg says seriously.. Incidentally derry, heading down is exactly what Adams did with his last header. It's a good principle but needs a bit of luck going for you too and he hasn't had that..
-
Any more on this, anybody who passed their security and turnstiles early enough? Some of the conspiracy theories on here are absurd.
-
There;s also a guy to his left showing some red and white. Think that might be the disabled area with enablers. Bit difficult to run away I imagine!
-
Shurlock; behave! ;-)

Just home. A bit wet from the absolutely foul night, but even the regulars at the pub didn't give me grief, and we were _all_ laughing at the local Spurs supporter.. I don't need any more beer but might have one just to celebrate.

I may point out tomorrow at training that Colchester in L2 managed to win. I may Well be wearing a Saints top..
-
Obafemi probably in because he's built like a brick s**t house..
-
Cheers! Too late now to go to the bookies. Just finished giving a Skype English lesson to an Italian guy. Early today so I can dash down the pub.. Earn it, spend it! Annamo!

I seem to recall 7. Apart from that I remember missiles over the wall and smiling sweetly at the policeman as I pssed their cordon and walked in the opposite direction to the station..
-
My experience of waiting for a Pompey ambulance when one of the girls was injured at training on the island was that you'll have to wait hours, and then even longer at QA hospital casualty. My aged mum is rather too familiar with hospitals: she's had one experience of QA and now goes to St Richards at Chichester..

I'm over past Havant and it's brightening up here. There are various local pubs that will be showing the game: I'm choosing carefully!

Who says Saints fans aren't optimists! :-)

How does that bet work? What if he scores 3? :-)
