I saw it in the final (version 2) CVA report under section 6.10 How many updates have they made!
-
Thanks - according to that document, no payments have been missed, as the first is due on the 28th of this month and then installments to pay the £13.5m balance over four years three months (starting in April 2012).

link?

First payment for the unsecured creditors coming up on the 28th Feb, THREE million pounds sterling. I wonder where they'll get the money for that, player sales perhaps, afterall the well regarded Utaka has been sold.
-
I'm glad you said that rather using the term inferior... otherwise you would have been in legal trouble ;-)
-
If only I can spend my life on here like Trousers, I may get one in first! Edit: Anyway, this will impact more than just the PL.

A landmark case regarding purchase of alternative TV broadcaster has been made (regarding premier league matches) which is likely to impact how rights are sold in the EU, read more here

To be fair, there has been some research which shows that leagues with a mid winter break have significantly less injuries in the second half of the season than leagues which don't.

Good business, with cover in midfield. I wonder what the fee for Puncheon was. A shame he didn't last here but at elast getting a fee will make up for it and I hope Forte brings his Scunny vs QPR form with his fast feet!
-
they can have three more but only up to five can play at a time. SC has said no more players to come in, although he could be telling porkies!

from the scunny telegraph: UPDATE: Jonathan Forte undergoing medical at Southampton Jonathan Forte is undergoing a medical this afternoon ahead of a shock proposed move to League One Southampton. Manager Ian Baraclough has confirmed former Iron boss Nigel Adkins has come in with a bid to take the 24-year-old front man down to St Mary's. "Nigel has always had great faith in Jonathan, who is out of contract this summer," said Baraclough. "It makes good business sense for us to have accepted this offer."

This - as it is a bit of a sh*thole now.

They can still have another 3 loans, as the maximum is 8 (4 under 23 yrs of age and 4 over). Five is the maximum for on the field activity! Yes, they are potentially in the sh*t if no more recruits come in by Monday as even Palarse are improving things and failing any relegation this season, next season as I mentioned earlier, could be the real struggle.

So soon from making a mistake in the skate thread. You're slipping MLT!

When I was at school, there was a european convention of youth and I was lucky enough to represent the school and go to Germany. It was interesting that over there they had two streams at school after the equivalent 'O' levels - vocational and academic so there was a clear direction to choose, none of this must go to Uni for everything. That was 20 odd years ago and it's still going, while the unions and Thatcher decimated the apprentice system and only now are there plans to fill the vocational stream void.

jeez, so more players to leave at the end of the season. so potentially that's a new eleven: Halford (loan) Hogg (loan) De laet (loan) Sonko (loan) Dickinson (loan) Cifti Utaka Brown Hughes Nugent Kanu

Of course... thanks! I had a dumb moment, just like Brad but not so costly.
-
Surely it's the company that is liable not the indidual, in this case Brad Friedel?
-
I think that was part of the 'Go Wilde' campaign. Nice idea (the fun day not the campaign).
-
Especially as he is out of contract in the summer.

Now there's one good reason to back up your sim! It would be nice to an alternative to the come dine with me events (which are a great idea) for non STH fans to attend. Perhaps it can be done coming up to the start of the season to get everyone out of the building and on the Saints bus.

my guess: If 'product lable' means product label then much will depend on local law and trademarks for that country of what the label states.
