The infraction was real. A serious thread, in The Lounge, with a comment that would have likely kicked off the usual slanging match on here. If you look at the renewal thread in site suggestions there was an idea to make infractions public. As a test I published the next I gave. Going forward I won't bother as everyone then spends the rest of the thread debating the validity of the infraction. In answer to your question Dune, I took all the previous 6646 crimes into account.

I believe that clubs who cannot complete their fixtures have previous results cancelled. L1 would be 44 games long. I'd rather they didn't liquidate tbh.

The league (albeit Premier variety) did a deal for Pompey to complete their fixtures. So not completely out of the question is it?

Shocking if they do liquidate, still on the bright side would improve our points situation given that we haven't taken any points against them and I presume others in top 6 have. In reality the league or someone will bail them out.

Just seen the highlights on MOTD2. Very sad to see, two young boys who will grow up without the most important man in their lives. Well done to Wolves and their fans for a fitting tribute.

My point was they will be the biggest laughing stock in history, or have to massively overspend to get 17th place. It will all end in tears, the stakes will just get higher and higher if they get promotion (which I do not think will happen).

Getting promoted is not the panacea for them that everyone thinks. 1. They forfeit the parachute payments they have already spent 2. They will have to buy a whole new SQUAD.

As hilarious as this thread has become could we get back on to the topic of the server update. Suggest we focus our efforts on prayer that 2x MySQL databases can connect.

I am more than happy to pay Hypo's fiver so he can be grateful for the service the forum provides. In fact, I might even see if we can get a government grant to support such 'Care in the Community' project. If he played to the standard he did when he first joined us I think he would be first choice. However chances of getting back to that level at his age are slim. It would be good if the club could retian him some way.
