I have some free weights and they are excellent, just be sure to start slow and work your way up, I have a weak back and as a result have used weights which my arms have been able to cope with but my spinal cord and back muscles couldn't!

Oh the memories this brings. I have had: Game Boy Mega Drive (And later a 32x add on) Playstation PC (Purely for CM/FM) Xbox 360 Not many, but so many class games.

He will appreciate it too.

The way she shamelessly publicised and made almost a martyr out of her cause to give her kids a future was utterly vulgar and very hard to stomach, but I can understand why she did it, it's how she lived her life and how she made her fortune. As previously mentioned she has increased awareness of an awful disease that can ruin many lives, young and old alike, and if that can save more lives she has my thanks. The saga is over now though, my thoughts go to her family and friends, who will be grieving just as hard and painfully as any of us would be for someone we hold dear under the circumstances. RIP.

Friday: My u15 football team had good training session, nice relaxing evening after. Sat: Pottered in Garden, enjoyed the Manure v Scouse game, put up with Saints result, relaxed down Pub. Sun: Lads won their game, pub lunch with friends after. 7/10
